Perfect for knee problem
I'm using this elbow sleeve for my knee. Already had one and bought this one for the other knee. I have stage 3 osteoarthritis of the knees and this sleeve helps stabilize the knee. I put them on before going on a walk.

Works if you don't wear it long
I was actually feeling some pain in my forearm after some heavy lifting. I use this band while lifting and my mobility is not really hindered. The band seems to be decent quality. I used the size chart to determine what size i should get and it does fit. I probably wear it a little lower on my arm than normal as it is my forearm i was having problems with. The band is comfortable for the 45 minutes or so i work out, but not much longer. I have tried to wear it longer for the warmth and compression but after an hour i start to feel it is cutting off my circulation. I like the product I feel it was a good purchase i just wanted to through out that caveat in case people are looking for something to wear for an extended period of time. I am hoping after a few months it will stretch out a little and be perfect.

Great performance but lightweight materials used.
First, I ordered a large, I am 6'0, 167lbs with a 12" elbow and it was too big. I returned it for a medium which fit great. I have chronic tendinitis above and below my elbow. The material worked great to reduce the pain and the band adds extra support. My biggest concern is the lightweight material and construction of the product. I don't expect much durability since it is already starting to unravel at the bottom of the sleeve near the stitching after wearing it 3 times. I have had to cut the raveled portion off for a "cleaner" look and feel. I may return this as defective and try one more, otherwise will go with another neoprene sleeve here on Amazon that appears to be of higher quality by Mueller.

Keeps elbow very warm but slightly constrictive
The neoprene does a great job of keeping the elbow warm and does a nice job of compression as well. The velcro strap takes some getting used to. If you are bending your arm a great deal it can greatly constrict mobility and cut circulation to your forearm if too tight but it will do nothing when your arm is straight if it is too loose.

Perfect Elbow support for me and perfect knee support for my much smaller wife. We like the dual purpose factor and enjoy using these when needed. They are well made and strong tough material so it won't wear out. We use Ergodyne because they are made for folks who need to keep moving and working in life. That's why we always go with this brand. Great products. you cannot go wrong here. just make sure the size is correct for you.

Didn't perform as hoped
I was very excited when I found this on Amazon and read numerous positive reviews for this sleeve. I suffer from tendonitus in my forearms and arthritus in my elbows from years of heavy lifting, and I read reviews of other folks with similar conditions who loved this product. Bottom line, I tried wearing these on a day where I knew I was going to be taxing my forearms. From the first exercise I performed, the sleeves actually caused me to feel more pain and discomfort than not wearing anything at all. I adjusted the velcro strap a couple of times to see if that would be a difference in the comfort level/support, and it did not. I plan on returning this product for a refund.

Very good support, but needs padding for stitching
This brace offered very good support for my arm while I was recovering from tendonitis. Other reviews mention how the stitching can bite into the skin. This is absolutely true. I ended up wearing a dollar-store compression sleeve underneath this brace and it worked very well, both comfortable and with strong support.

Snug fit, not sure about benefits
Fits pretty tight, as expected with compression sleeve. Wearing it all day is inadvisable due to sweat condensation beneath it. I wore it for a week hoping that my forearm and elbow pain would go away, but it did not help.
