Great option for adding traction to slippery wader boots
I used these on a men's size 12, insulated, boot foot wader - so they'll stretch to fit about any boot for their respective size. Once on, they fit very securely and provided the traction on slippery river rocks that I was looking for.

They last a long time
These slip ons keep me from busting my.... Several times . I've had these for 8 years and they are still going strong because they are well made . If you wear a size 10 t-shoe and boots get the larger size for the boots because boots are made larger and these slip ons can be adjusted to tighten or loosen a little on the top of your shoe .

Lifesaver for walking on ice
2nd pair of these, size Medium works on my women's size 9 shoes. The size Large were too big (gave them to a size 10.5 man). A little hard on my hands to put them on my Merril arctic grip shoes, harder to put on my boots. Mostly just leave them on the Merril shoes unless there is deep snow. I don't need to snug them up, they stay on and never have come off. These are a lifesaver if you walk on icey roads all day long!

Fit My Boots Well
Quite secure, which is more than you can say for the other cleats that I bought on Amazon and returned.

XL Fit me well with size 13 boot
This is a good item - gives some moderate anti-slip on ice. Not too hard to put on or off. I dont know about durability at this point but I liked enough to buy a second set.

These cleats work well, very nice!
These are good cleats as far as I can tell. This is the first time I tried them, and they never slipped once. We had ice covered streets here, and it was so bad, the Police called every house in town and told them to stay home and don't drive. I checked the sidewalks outside they were totally slick and iced over. So I went to the store as a test, about a one mile walk, and they never slipped once, and without them I would of slipped and fallen for sure. So these are good, they fit snug and they don't move around at all. They have those cords which keep them secure on top of your foot, and I didn't notice any discomfort at all. These work well, they really do. But the sizes run small it seems to me. My foot is only about a 9, and I ordered a large which was a perfect fit. So definately extra large for bigger feet and boots. I would generally say they run a tad small, but otherwise, they seem to work really well.

This is a flawed design for use on ice
In size XL, these fit my size 13 light hikers well. Unfortunately, the rubber strip connecting the heel and front portions of the product has deep rubber tread that holds the shoe up, preventing the ice spikes from digging in as well as they should. When I tried them on ice, I found they'd not hold well unless I put my weight on the right part of my heel or toe. I didn't feel safe on ice with them. I believe the designers tried to make a cleat that would work well in snow, and thus compromised its utility on ice. There are more effective ice cleats available. I returned these and replaced them with ICETRAX V3 Tungsten Winter Ice Grips, which don't have the center rubber strip. Those work much better on ice.

I didn't fall once!
We have had some serious snow fall and our pups love it. Meaning I have to walk them in all types of weather. After slipping and falling on the ice numerous times, I found these. This morning was our first walk in them. We got a inch of fresh snow that turned icy, perfect for falling. We bundled up and off we went. Not one single slip! So far, so good.

Not so good after awhile
I originally posted a favorable review, after using these the first day. After a week of use, though, I changed my mind. The cleats are tiny, (way too short!), and yes, I DID slip on the ice wearing these, TWICE, so I'm not happy. It's because the metal prongs are just too short, so they don't dig into the ice far enough. Rather, they tore the top layer of ice off. The heads are flat, not pointed, so they don't grab well. Much too difficult to get them on and off, so not practical if you have to run in and out of stores. Seems the manufacturer spent too much time on designing the rubber harness and not enough time on developing proper metal cleats. No, they don't slip off, but what's the point if they don't stop me from slipping on the ice? Much too expensive for the little bit you get. The cheap $3.00 set I bought in a "dollar" store work better than these: longer metal cleats that grab nicely and prevent slipping on ice. I definitely would not recommend these to others.

Decent product
Good looking product. I like cleats and I leave them on my boots all winter. Nice to have the option to be able to change the cleats out. I have had other brands of these, and these are comparable. Strap over top sure helps keep them on if you hook the back on something.

Good all around cleat
These traction cleats are one of the better fitting cleats that I have worn. The sizing was what it said would fit and they do go on relatively easy. I was installing them on a larger boot so it did take a couple of minutes to install them. If you are going to be taking them on and off constantly I would look at a different pair. The best thing about these cleats is that they do not come off no matter what terrain you are hiking in and they are reasonably comfortable to walk in. The traction is just what they say on the package, added/improved traction. I have had better traction with other cleats as these ones would still slip in more extreme conditions so you need to exercise caution when on ice. I have around 200 km on them so far and they are holding up well. If walking in slushy conditions the cleat did slide on the boot. Overall not a bad buy for the money, that being said I am still going to find another pair with better traction.

They stay on!
Dislike: - they were difficult to get on, selected the large based on the sizing chart, I had to add a 2nd ring to make it work. Perhaps the Xlarge would have been better - they would be difficult to remove (mine will stay on for the winter) - studs could be a little longer Like - they stay on, compared to other similar I have purchased

Takes at LEAST 5 minutes to put on/off each time. BIG hassle.
I assumed the description promising "adjustable" and easy on/easy off would not be a lie. Well, guess what? It IS a lie. I can not imagine ANYONE spending less than 5 minutes to put the 6310 on or off -- and that not too easily (although not so absurdly stiff rubber as the 6300). Geesh. I then returned the 6310 model. I can't see every buying ANYTHING from "Ergodyne" again. Be warned, lots of hassles with their products in my experience.
