Excellent over night deliver
The product is good and easy install the best is the overnight deliver. I ordened around 5:00 PM and I recived next day at mornig around 10:00 AM.

Very big swing on high and low side of set point...be cautious or you will freeze your merchandise
I own a retail flower shop and this t-stat has been the standard we have always used. I had one finally go bad after many years of service. After installation of this new unit, I have had the cooler freeze product multiple times in a few days. Here's the deal. This has an adjustable swing on the unit which allows a minimum swing of 3.5 degrees up from the set point. In other words, if you have it set at 40, it is supposed to kick on at 43.5. This is not the case. The unit will call for cooling at about 50 (set at 40). The main issue that I have is that the cooler will get down to as low as 32 or less before the thermostat will cut the cooling unit off and stop calling for cooling. You will have a very big swing on this unit, so be advised. Very difficult to get unit to hover a few degrees on either side of the set point, and for flowers, this is a crucial component.

Excellent Control
I've used this model of temperature control many times over the years in commercial refrigeration applications. I've never had a problem other than it eventually does wear out/fail. Adjustments are made using a screwdriver. If you need to make constant temperature changes this might be inconvenient and you should look for a different control. Also, this control doesn't incorporate a thermometer readout showing the actual temperature inside the unit being refrigerated (cooler, freezer, etc.). The applications I used this for are basically set-and-forget where there is no need for making temperature adjustments—so a knob control isn't necessary. Moreover, the lack of a knob helps prevent people from making adjustments every time they feel “the temperature isn't right”.

Quick return process for another troubled but working item
First it does it job, comes on shuts off just as it should for a milk tank at our dairy. However, Bought one the set screw was broken, returned got a new one set screw broke well rather it just does not even move. It does it job but if you needed a sooner shut off both ours were unable to move that set screw. The set screw you can move through he cover hole is fine. But the internal one would not under any change be able o move.....ever
