Very high quality soap pump compared to others that I purchased. Matches the Elkay faucet perfectly. Well worth it to buy the Elkay brand.

Stops working

I found it attractive and sturdy, but the pump stopped working after about one year. I tried many times to fix the pump assembly (took it apart, flushed it with water, etc) but to no avail. I expected something that would last longer at this price.

Great look, poor quality

Owned this for less than a year and it no longer works. Cleaned it, but it appears to be a faulty pump.

Never worked well... replacing after just a year.

We've owned this for a year and it's leaking badly. It only worked on and off from first time we refilled soap (should have sent back!). Sometimes soap comes out, sometimes not. We found if we watered down the soap before filling then it usually worked better but now after just a year it is leaking all over my counter. Expected more from an expensive product like this. VERY disappointed!!
