It looks good and works great

I installed the dispenser as a replacement and selected this one because it most closely matched the finish of other sink fixtures. It looks good and works great. I would have preferred to get one that had a hose attachment so I wouldn't have to mess with refilling a bottle. I found some flexible tubing at the home center that allows me to just put a 1 gallon jug of hand soap under the sink. The hack works fine but would have been better as an option.

I would give it 5 stars, but my last (not this brand) dispenser fell apart, so I'm leery of it happening again. Seems solid though, so I'm hopeful.

Great Soap Dispenser. Mine stuck early in it's life, but resolved.

High quality metal unit. Maintains Prime. Great polished chrome finish. This company made a great quality dispenser, at great price compared to more mainstream brands. UPDATE: Having problems with spring back up action within first month. Pump sticks in the down position often. Tried different viscosity soap mixes, but it's not improving. This one needs some more home R&D. UPDATE: Elkay support helped troubleshoot sticking. Soaked in 50%Vinegar & 50%Warm water for 30 mins. This has improved. It no longer sticks, but was slow to rise between pumps. A month later, he pump doesn't work, and the vinegar trick doesn't even help. I think mine just had bad components from the start. Submitting to Elkay for a warranty replacement.

Make it work!

I loved while it worked. Now it doesn't. It won't pump soap to the top. Anyone ever solve this problem?

so far - I love it!

The dispenser was delivered today, my husband installed immediately and so far, we love it! It delivers the perfect amount of soap! - and it looks awesome next to our Elkay tap!
