Not Fraudulent like all the reviews say!
I cannot attest to how the product works just yet because I just started using it. But I do want to assure anyone that wants to buy this that it is a verified product. I contacted Elemis directly and explained how it was shipped to me… Not in a box, no seal on top of the inside of the jar, and a small silver sticker on the outside (a capital i shaped sticker). They verified that’s how they ship the product directly themselves and said Amazon is one of their verified stockists. I almost returned the item after reading the other reviews and receiving the product, because I was worried it was fake. But it’s the real deal according to Elemis….so I wanted to assure anyone else who’s also questioning!

persistent tiny bumps, painful, cystic acne, and/or mask breakouts? ALL DISAPPEARED bc of these!!
I had struggled with acne intermittently throughout pre-teen and teenage years, like it was soooo badly that I had to go on acutane at 13 and then again at 17. I’m now 27 and until masks became a thing I’d just have a few small breakouts a year, nothing crazy. I’m a peds nurse so I wear a mask for 12-14 hours a day and I sweat quite a bit from chasing those little monkeys around. For the last 2 years literally nothing was working and I couldn’t go back on acutane bc of the birth defect risk. I started getting these tiny little bumps (sometimes whiteheads) all over my forehead, which was never a problem area, painful cystic acne on my jawline/neck, and then just constant big and ugly breakouts all in the mask area. I was so discouraged and just over it, honestly! Nothing my derm prescribed would ever work, I tried changing my diet, different types of masks, etc. but no luck. Then when I was scrolling tiktok a few months ago I saw a girl talking about these and I was like f it, it’s cheaper than going back to the dermatologist lol. Those bumps on my forehead that have been there for 2 years straight? Yeah, they went away within TWO DAYS and my other breakout areas (that I picked at like crazy lol) healed completely within a week. I just use one pad in my bedtime skincare routine (naturium benzoyl peroxide 5% face wash(I wash at least twice), one of these pads, then peach and lily glass skin moisturizer). Then, on my lunch break during the days I’m at work and masked up, i use one and nothing else bc these aren’t stripping and I don’t have to moisturize after or anything! I know everyone’s skin is different but I just want to let everyone know even though these seem a little bit pricey, they are worth every penny. These (along w the other products mentioned above) have saved my skin and my confidence. They are 1000000% worth trying. Please don’t give up on your skincare journey, there is something out there for everyone!

Amazing for acne prone skin
I’m in my late 30’s and started having hormonal breakouts quite often in my 20’s. I’ve used prescription meds and ointments and still struggled with breakouts. I got these on a prime day deal. I started using them while I had an active breakout that would not heal and these immediately healed it! I’m shocked! I use one in the morning before make up and at night after I’ve washed my face. Huge game changer in my skin care routine now! LOVE!!

Worth it.
Expensive but at 50pence a time but worth it. Converted and now on the subscription (as long as the price does not sky rock, brought on deal). As a 45+ my skin is not looking the best, after 2 weeks of using them (with the serum), I believe I can see the difference. My skin looks brighter and smoother. Husband has not commented yet but hey!

Be extremely careful
Please be extremely careful when ordering these from Amazon. I have been using Elemis for years, when I seen how cheap these were I decided to take the plunge and order to save myself some money. However the items arrived and I knew instantly something was not right, the Elemis tub has a distinctive T shaped silver foil that seals the tub at one side. This tub arrived with 2 smaller, thicker pieces of silver foil at both sides, and upon opening I instantly smelt what I could only describe as Acetone and the pads were gone and replaced with Cotton Wool Pads. The tub was an absolute mess, and the Elemis pads had clearly been taken. Amazon advised they could not do anything about it until it happened a second time which I think is an absolute disgrace. Please please please be careful.

Not happy that the seal had been taken off the lid so it had been already opened. You could see dirty sticker marks were it had been taken off, also I am sure my last tub had a seal over the tub when first opening it but when I opened the lid there was no seal to peel. The wipes are still very wet but still a bit concerning why the seal was took off

Not sealed - doubt this is genuine
The tub came unsealed (and as other reviewers pointed out, only 2/3 filled). This is the first time I am ordering this, so I am unsure if it usually comes sealed but one reviewer mentioned that theirs was sealed - which is usual for such tubs containing liquid drained pads. Will send this back and order directly from Elemis as I have concerns that this is not a genuine product.

After reading all reviews I would like to summarise on main points mentioned in negative reviews. Product arrived on time. Seal was not broken. Doesn't have very strong smell to me. Overall happy with the product although not sure how beneficial it is to my skin as yet, hence 4 stars.
