Fits Too Loose

Bought for fun to wear for my husband for our anniversary. Not the most flattering costume I've worn.. I ordered a size 1X, but it seems to fit more like a 2X. The fake belt that was attached to it was way loose and just dangled, so I had to cut it off and replace it with a real belt to keep the look. Because the costume is so loose, it bunches in the back of the skirt once my belt is buckled. Also, because the original belt was attached in the front, there are no belt loops in the back for my real belt, so it slides up when I move. The little tie that came with it was really cute, but it was just too tight to wear over the shirt collar which I prefer to have buttoned so I opted to replace it with an actual tie which I think really pulls the look together (I plan to use the original tiny tie for my dog's collar when we have family over for Thanksgiving!). For those that don't know, this costume is ONE piece, the skirt, the shirt and the cardigan are all attached. I fortunately knew that when I bought it because of another review I read, but just want to make sure others know as well. All in all it's cute and I'm sure my husband won't even notice - or care - about it's flaws in the slightest, so it's all good! It's not the sexiest school girl costume in the world, but I personally like a little more of an authentic look, so it's all good. P.S. The burgundy stockings I'm wearing in the pics do not come with this costume - I bought them separately.

Not real cloth

If you are looking for something fast then get it, but it’s all One piece and the skirt isn’t cloth material feels plastic.

Mismatched sizing top to bottom - square

I am a size 12 but order up because i am very busty. The top was fitting right but bottom was incredibly large and i cut the belt to help with the excess material and hang of the skirt. If you carry weight more in bottom this will probably fit you better. Next time im ordering separates for sizing . This piece is cut like a square and isn't shaped for curves

Small fit

It's a cute outfit! It fits snug, I didn't expect it to be one solid piece. So it was a bit cumbersome in the shoulder area. I would rather have been able to take long sleeve sweater part off.

Good enough. Will have to make some adjustments

I'm a 40DDD on top, so this fit fine without the buttons pulling. However, I'm a 12 in the waist so this was to big. I'll have to take it in. The belt is a joke - not only is it not functional, it is a cheap strip of plastic that doesn't go all the way around. This is a one piece outfit. Yes, it is short, but isn't that the intention? It will be good enough for my purposes.
