Frame is not black

I purchased the grey version of this fixture, and should have read the reviews more thoroughly. The frame is definitely not black. It is brown, like an oil rubbed bronze. This isn't a huge deal, but a little misleading. Since I thought it was black, I purchased other accessories for my bath that were matte black. Well, I like this fixture too much and was a great price so I decided to return my other accessories and purchase oil rubbed bronze instead. It's not a huge deal, just knowing the color up front would have saved me a little hassle.

Great customer service!

Great seller! One of the lenses was broken on arrival and the seller replaced the whole unit. Just took a couple pictures of the broken glass and had a new fixture in two weeks. Great customer service, all via email. The light fixture has a nice rustic look and can be installed either facing up or facing downward. I installed my fixture with sockets facing up. Make sure to read the measurements so you are sure to have enough room to install both the bulb and lense (ceiling). Can be tricky putting bulb and lense on, definitely need both hands!

Was not as described.

I bought this light to go with my black and grey bathroom. The description of the light says that the wood is grey and the metal is black (as shown in the picture). However when it arrived it was the grey wood but all the metal on it was a dark brown. It is a very nice light but does not go with my bathroom.

Cheap quality light

Product is brown. The glass pieces all came defected. 2 of them were chipped and the third was badly cracked. Other issue, then mounting the light to the bracket, the holes were not at all aligned. Had to use significant force to get them all in. Don't recommend this product at all. Can get a much better light for this price.

One light not working, warranty a nightmare

Do yourself a favor and pass on this fixture. It looks great, but the left light stopped working after a week. Trying to claim the warranty has been impossible and we've given up. Very hard pass.
