I ordered two of these for a renovation project. They arrived VERY quickly, but had chipped paint and were not the style shown in the picture which is what I expected. I returned the order and VERY quickly received the correct order, which also arrived with some damage to the paint. They are heavy and good quality and I did not wish to delay my renovation any further so we chose to utilize them despite the damage. I will paint the damaged areas. If these had arrived without chips to the paint, I would absolutely give these 5 stars.

They exchanged the item easily and the replacement was perfect

I purchased 2 of these corbels for a granite counter top. I received them separately and one was badly damaged. They exchanged the item easily and the replacement was perfect. I love them. If I hadn't had to return the one, I would definitely have given them 5 stars.
