Simple and works

Easton is not "Easton quality" any longer
Easton was once a significant name in the archery industry. If this bow square is any measure of their quality in their other archery products today, there are probably not that many folks that remembers them any longer. This square has ill-fitting string clips which do not grip the string tightly and hence, accurately. These rough-shaped, loose clips allows the leading front section of the square to droop or sag which gives an inaccurate reading for placing the string's nock. I use a significantly thicker strand string on my bows than many archers do, so having this particular issue with the clips fitting/gripping the string so loosely, should certainly never be a problem for me. It is also interesting to note that the two position option for string closeness to the square in the clips that are found on most other bow squares, are strangely absent on this square. One string notch. You can save a few bucks and go with a "no-name" import brand and probably do as well or better than this bow square. After all, this Easton square is only a "name-brand" import in it's self.....being made in China as well!

measure serving
Very poor fit for my bows so it does not work . It hits half string and half serving and it has sharp edges and some what damaged a string so I actually pitched it (shipping cost )lesson learned . I don't think Easton is Easton any more expected better for fit and finish and functionality.

Nice but needs better Quality Control
I purchased Easton for expected quality. One of the metal tabs to hold the bow string was edged and frayed the sting on my bow. Replacement unit Amazon sent is fine. If I could only be reimbursed cost of the string that was damaged.
