Long lasting heat

We were sent home from the hospital with a few of these heat packs. They are easy to use in the heat lasts quite a while. It's almost like a heating pad without the cord. We ended up purchasing an entire box and will always keep them on hand.

Hot, where you want it. Eases my low back pain every time I use these.

A great product that enables you to put heat anywhere needed on you aches and pains. I suggest wrapping the pouches in a light cloth before placing on your skin.

Gets too hott

These packs would burn the hell out of you I only used once but couldn’t stand the heat guess need to wrap it up in something first great price for the amount & package just have to cautions of the heat when first activated

Defective batch

I have purchased these packs time and time again but for some reason this lost recent batch barely gets warm. I don't know if it was a defective batch bug the whole bunch are worthless. Very disappointed

Doesn't Stay Hot Very Long.

These hot packs definitely don't "last for hours" as I read in another review. Each pack stays fairly hot for about 20-25 minutes MAX before the heat fades fast. It's pretty disappointing, but while it's hot, it does feel good on my various areas of chronic pain and tension. Although the instructions tell you to pop then knead the bag for up to 30 seconds, there's not much kneading to be done. I prefer to mostly shake it, since the plastic bag is very inflated and half full of liquid. The plastic edges are stiff and can cut into your skin a bit when the temp is coming down. When it's at its hottest, make sure there is fabric between your skin and the hot pack. If you deal with a lot of chronic pain, you may be disappointed with these hot packs. It feels like you're tossing your money away. But they're useful for on-the-go pain/tension relief when you can't plug in a heat pad. Also, if you're less than impressed like I am, they cannot be returned. This should be stated on the product page in the first place.

Cheap, easy to use, gets very hot

I bought a case of these previously from Staples, but they're presently out of stock (pandemic) so I ordered here on Amazon. I see a lot of customers here who are having a bad experience with them. I can only speak from my own experience - I've never had a defective one. I use them for migraines, putting it on the back of my neck. I have arthritis in my hands, but I found them easy enough to pop and they don't require much kneading. They get HOT so don't use it if you're going to fall asleep, if you have nerve problems in the area, etc. The packs have a little bit of a sharp edge. Because of this and the heat, I always wrap it in a cloth napkin or tea towel before putting it on. I get really good pain relief, and they are cheap enough (under $1 each) that I don't hesitate to use one when I need to. Hope this helps!

Not what it used to be. Doesn’t stay hot. Rip off

I bought these a while back and they were great. I decided to reorder (March 21) and they were a complete scam. I had to use the entire box in one weekend because they only stayed hot Max for 3 min and some didn’t even stay hot that long. I am so mad that I wasted my money. Something has changed. I’m not sure whether they changed the components of their ingredients or what but something is not right at all

Good to have them

They were a bit larger then my expectation and therefore a little heavier also for travel. I used them on my recent trip to Middle East. We had lots of walking to do. The hot pack stayed warm for about 20 mins and then was just luke warm. We used them on our aching backs and ankles. One of the packs leaked after it was activated. Not sure if it was a faulty pack or it got puncutred with pressure. A box of 24 is too much.We only used 4 packs. I took 6 with me. They did come in handy when we needed them.

We wasted 4 of these as they leaked even before we popped it. Not a very good quality product. Will not buy this product again. Today, Feb 1st 2018, we still have a couple of this dynarex hotpacks. We encountered the same problem. Two packs leaked and was a waste of money. This product needs a lot of improvement. Manufacturer should make this durable and not leak easily. We need to protect the other consumers who might buy this low quality product. The one of cardinal health is very good.
