Kinda works for a Smoke Canyon smoker
Could not find a cover specific for the Smoke Canyon smoker that was gifted to me so found this cover for the Dyna-Glo which has a very similar shape and construction. Guessing the Smoke Canyon is the chinese knock-off of the Dyna-Glo. There are enough subtle differences where it doesn't fit perfect mainly in the chimney vent where the Smoke Canyon has a handle that sticks out and this stops that little part of the cover from fully nesting down on the smoker. I may come back and do a little rework to the cover or modify the smoke chimney to make it fit better. Because of the fit, it doesn't reach the bottom of the wheels or support stand. The weird part of this cover is that on each end about 6-8 inches up from the bottom, there is a screened vent area. What on earth would you need that for ? It would allow wind driven rain to get in at a higher level than the bottom of the cover. That's what I took a star off for as the fit on a different brand smoker is not a product flaw. Seems to repel water well enough and quality of the material seems good. Will update if the durability of this cover is shorter or longer than normal.

Good fit for product
I really can't comment on longevity yet. Seems to be of decent quality but only time will tell. If it makes it a few years that would be nice. If it does make it more than a couple of years, I would bump it up to a 5. Not yet though.

Cover your investment
Since I knew my son would keep his new smoker on the back porch at this house, he'd need a cover to protect it from weather of northern Missouri, a good sturdy cover for protection from the elements

6/20/2020. I’ve been smoking for about two years, just love bbq to begin with but this is better. I had a really cheap starter model I got at me local big box home center. Not ant name brand. It was a vertical, charcoal version, suited me well but I wanted to upgrade. I knew the Dynaglow name for a long time but never looked into it until six months ago. I’m very happy with it. I can get more in this than my previous one. It’s much easier to maintain the temperature and it hets a decent run time on the coals. After reading other reviews on this and other smokers I made sure I sealed the joints during assembly with high temp black silicone (auto parts store ) and used Nomex self adhesive gasket (lava lock available on Amazon ) on the doors. Get the cover. The only thing I would have liked to seen is the bottom pan be angled with channeled to allow better drainage of the grease who is a catch pan that hangs on the Neath it but unless the grill was tipped towards it you have to manually scrape it out. This smoker really performs well.
This is a great smoker for the money. I spent some more money on the high temp seal around the door and the firebox to cut down on draft. This unit sets Temps easy and stays at that temp easily with just a few times using the smoker. I'm not sorry I give it 5 stars. I have not been paid for this review.

Great Smoker - Would Buy Again
This is perfect for what I am doing these days on smoking. Ribs and cheese came out perfectly. Easier to control temperature and air flow. Definitely better than the horizontal barrel I had. Plenty of racks in there. Things to improve. The joints and seams needed tweaking! I used a black FDA approved caulk to seal this up. One complete 4 oz tube was needed to seal all of this. Works great now; very little smoke and heat escapes except through the smoke stack. The latch hooks where the bolt grabs bend easily. These could be replaced with hardened steal ones instead of the junk that is on there. I need to bend them back periodically.

I have to buy the hardware but the delivering date was not as specified. It is useless for me untill the price of the hardware will drop to initial level.
