Don’t Buy… Not authentic…

I have this dress in black… I love this dress... I bought it about two years ago from Nordstrom… And now that I need a red dress for a Halloween party, I had such confidence in the design and fit, I just ordered the same one in red! So I got this dress yesterday and thought it was odd it was balled up in a small ball packaged I n a cheap bag. And boy… am I badly disappointed… This is not a dress by Dress the Population. The material and design are no better then the cheap store knocks offs you would find in the local low scale mall. There isn’t even a flippin’ tag on the entire dress!!! (Hahahaha!!!) This is so irritating and a massive inconvenience for me. I now have this NASTY dress for a very fashionable Halloween party that fits me poorly. When I say poorly… I’m meaning that it looks worse than cheap and bad bad bad… So I now get to rush to the mall tomorrow morning to try and find a better option. What a pain!!! This is getting really tiresome to have knock offs sent instead of the real item… I think this is the third time that I have been sent something other than what is advertised from Amazon. I wish Amazon could provide an authentication process for merchandise sold on this site because I can’t trust what I’m going to get anymore! I will now have to order branded merchandise direct from vendor or trusted Dept store. This takes away the convenience of Amazon and is moving the industry backward.

Beautiful but that price so not worth it !

Order up a size this runs small it’s gorgeous if I got The right size I might have purchased it’s hust not worth $200 ! Yikes! $100 max ! Color was really pretty too way way way overpriced for what u get just ridiculous nice but u can go to Macy’s and get same dress for $100

Poor Quality Construction

I've come to really love Dress the Population as a brand that I can always depend on. I have several of their dresses and I love the design and fabrics. I bought this gown for my sister's wedding, as the maid of honor. Within 2 hours of wearing it, the front bust seam began to unravel and the bust plunge then lowered nearly two inches. It was a disaster. Very disappointed in the quality of the construction. It was not too tight, just bad sewing.

Absolutely beautiful dress, very good quality thick material with some stretch. I'm 5'11" and a size 4 and the medium fit perfectly on length with a 1" heel. It does not have adjustment for shoulder or bust so you may want it tailored I'd you have a small chest like me. Overall beautiful and turned a lot of heads!
