Good product, but try one on at a medical supply first!
I have had low back problems for about 6 years, and I will admit my posture is not great. Now, I've developed weak pelvic muscles because of it! I've worn low back braces, but they do feel like they are too binding after about 4-5 hours of wear. So, I thought I would give this brace a try after reading all the various reviews. After wearing my posture correcter for about 10 minute now, here's my initial review: I measure a trim (around my rib cage) sized 36 bra. There are no fitting instructions on the box. The medium brace is snug with the Velcro just barely attached together. I don't know if it's supposed to fit this way, but I'm going to give it a shot. If you don't like snug around your chest, I suggest ordering a size up. I'm a seamstress, so I will most likely add a little more of the elastic & Velcro if the snug fit bothers me. It'll certainly be easier than returning it and I can customize it to myself exactly! It helps keep my shoulders back quite well with the Velcro tabs attached squarely. I do notice that it does pinch my shoulder nerves at the area nearest the lowest contact point so I will have to make slight adjustments so it is comfortable. Wear a light white cotton undershirt like in the picture; it makes a difference. It really isn't that noticeable even with a thin t-shirt over it. But, if you are a person who is really into appearances, this might not be the product for you. Personally, I don't care just as long as it helps! :) My overall impression is that it is a good product and it will take some time to get used to. The price-point from this seller was a big draw for me. I'm noticing that with my shoulders being gently being coaxed back, I am automatically holding my lower back in the proper position! Hopefully I can work the slight fit issues out easily and that it will help with my chronic lower back pain! I'll update my review after I've worn the brace for a week or so.

Um. Hmmm. Well...
Well. First let me say that I love this product. So why the three stars you ask??? Because it chafes. A lot. Even wearing it over a shirt, it chafes your arm pits so badly you want to cry. I got a m/l and it fits perfectly at its loosest setting. There is even extra room and still...it chafes. I added some padding to it and that kind of helped but I was just diagnosed with a hunchback which is causing me excruciating neck pain. This corrected my posture and took my neck pain away...and added this pain instead. I have played around with it a little bit and gotten it kind of, sort of not horrible to wear. I know that these braces aren't meant to be super comfy, but a little padding wouldn't hurt, especially since it's meant to pull your shoulders back. It just seems like a design flaw to me. But I see that just about every single posture corrector has the exact same chafing problem so I don't know if a 70.00 plus one would be any better. I didn't need any help putting it on, it's pretty self explanatory, I wore it under my form fitting clothes all day and the only part showing was the shoulders a bit, but the back and underbust was not visible even though there is already curling at the edges. It seems to be made out of durable material so if you're looking for a cheap posture corrector, get this.

Love it - plus, a tip for the shoulder straps
I love the one I bought recently - it is far more effective than I expected. One small drawback: the front shoulder straps were cutting into my arms and chafing right from the start, but I solved this problem easily. I cut the top 3 inches off the ankle band of a pair of cheap white cotton ankle socks, giving me two stretchy cotton 'sleeves'. I then unfastened the shoulder straps of the posture corrector, slid the cotton sleeves onto the front straps, and refastened. Same with the velcro section on the waistband. The sleeves now totally prevent the straps from cutting into my arms. I'm going to be ordering more of this product - it's brilliant! Added later: I also bought a skin-coloured elasticated tube normally for use on the arm (in the smallest size available and about 3 ft long), cut it into suitable lengths and slid these onto the straps of the posture-corrector to prevent them cutting in and to protect my bare skin from the velcro. The skin colour helps to make the shoulder straps less obvious if the neckline of your clothing reveals a section of strap. It would be great if the posture-corrector actually came in skin colour, but it is still a great product at an excellent price. Some people have said the device is difficult to put on, but I found it simple. There are three sections of velcro: one on the front of the waistband and one behind each shoulder, for adjusting the size of the armholes. Once you have adjusted the shoulder strap length to suit, you don't have to undo the shoulder velcro again (leave it fastened all the time). That leaves one piece of velcro to do up when you put the device on/off and that is at the front of the waistband. Given that the shoulder velcro stays fastened, all you have to do each time is put an arm through the arm loop on each side and do up the waistband.

Not bad...
Fits quite well, ordered a medium and am a size 10. Instantly corrects your posture by holding your shoulders down and back. I couldn't wear it all day, mostly because the velcro straps to the shoulder was rubbing or digging into my skin although I wore it over a vest top. Otherwise it wasn't as uncomfortable as I expected. I'm going to keep persevering with it when I'm sat at my desk all day at work.

It is very uncomfortable under the arms. I purchased it so I could wear ti at work to help with my posture. I can only wear it at home because I need to wear it OVER my clothes and even then it gets uncomfortable. That being said, the more research I do, the more that I see that is the 'nature of the beast" I have not found one, regardless of price, that does not have the same complaint. So it's not just this one.

Gentle and works great. Anytime I feel my back joints are tight and I'm having trouble with my back in the morning, I quickly slip this on for the morning commute or while I get dressed to help ease my pain. Please note, you may need to wear a shirt with short sleeves, can give you small 'rug burns' under the arms where the straps are. Otherwise highly recommended

Seems to help, but the straps really dug into the skin. Wearing a tshirt underneath is impractical in summer weather. Coudln't keep it on for more than a couple of hours, and there were deep, red marks after removing.
