Works fine but a little slow

We purchased this soap dispenser after have some problems with the Lysol dispenser. I like that is holds a lot more liquid soap, but it is not too big. It is a little slow to react when you put your hand under the sensor. Otherwise, it has worked well. The only real problem was when we first got it, we had trouble understanding how remove the bracket used to mount it on a wall. We actually broke the key that was supposed to release the bracket. We got the bracket off and since we were not going to use it anyway, no harm. Overall we like the dispenser.

Works... but inconsistently

This product seems to work very inconsistently. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. When it is working (about 65% of the time), it's a great addition to our kitchen counter.

my thoughts

Stay away from the soaps with citrus seeds as it will clog the dispenser. You may have to activate the sensor more than one time for each use to get the amount of soap for your personal needs but we like the system overall. Place the dispenser near the sink opening as any drips from the dispenser will not leave soap deposits on the countertop. We found that we save money bc the dispenser gives you a small amount (just right) of soap without manual use in getting more than enough soap to wash your hands.

Poor quality

I received this on September 30, 2022. Now 3 months and 14 days later, it won't work. I put new batteries in and added some water to thin out the liquid soap. I, also, dumped the soap out and put warm water in. It still will not work to clean it out. I bought this brand because I like my Itouchless trash cans. I should have paid attention to the reviews.

So convenient

Eventhough I hate having one more thing of the edge of the sink or the counter top, this dispenser has certainly earned it's place. I wish it dispensed just a little bit more of soap each time but otherwise I'm very happy with this product. More often than not, my hands are too dirty to open the cabinet, or pick up the dish soap bottle, and I'm trying to turn on the faucet with my elbow, etc. So, I have to admit, this dispenser has been very helpful.

3 are OK but 1 failed

We ordered 4 of this item and 3 worked fine but the 4th failed after 2 days and emptied the contents onto the floor.

I do not recommend mounting it to the wall. Its not sturdy that way. That was the reason I bought this one. Now I've messed up my wall.

Wast of money

I only had this item for 3 days and it stopped working and it was dripping. I never buy anything online, but i wanted to try, big regret!What a waste of money!

Broke in a couple of days - ordered in Nov and did not recieve to give as Xmas present!

ordered in Nov and did not recieve to give as Xmas present! this sure has cured me from trusting this method of shopping!!! I did not receive at least 5 items ordered in plenty of time! when it arrived, was complicated to assemble and then it lasted only a couple of days before a plastic part snapped off and it was no good at all.

Can't say how much I regret this Christmas gift for my wife! -It works... But. I called customer 1800 # because the bottom wouldn't come off and directions were nil for assistance; both the description and diagram. -I consider myself smart enough to solve issues such as this without breaking items. They never called back. -yet they beg you not to return it and contact them for problems. Finally, I broke the bottom off...it snapped. My wife told me to try as it was useless as it was and no one called back. -we were then able to insert batteries. It works but is broken. -Never buying an itouchless prod again. Worst customer non-service ever!

Very nice look, it is for it I bought this product for my kitchen. Work very well. My friends came for new year and use the iTouchless all evening!! Was fun. Yes I recommand for the look and it working very well. I need always wash my hands when I making dinner.
