I bought this in lieu of trying perenial massage to help try and avoid a episiotomy during birth. Perenial massage is not fun like it sounds from the name....so I bought this as an alternative stretching method instead of purchasing the $150 dollar inflatable vaginal device to do the same thing. This dildo is basically a long rod coated in a heavy balloon material. Yes, it smells like balloons too, though the smell is not overpowering. It starts out at 1.5 inches in diameter (this seems to be around where most dildos on amazon start) and can get much larger. It can pump up at least 14 squeezes and probably more, but I don't want it to pop while I find out just how much it can expand. Obviously, this is not going to get as large as a baby, but I don't think that is the end goal of stretching via perenial massage either. Because this is a balloon, if you are using it and there is pressure at the tip end, the air will all squeeze into the base. For my purposes was exactly what I wanted, since I need to stretch the perenial skin, not neccessarily everything else. When inflated, it forms a rounded cone of sorts. This dildo is a solid core....I'm not so sure this was designed with vaginal use in mind since has ZERO give and it is pretty long. The quick release valve works by twisting a little knob near the air pump - the dildo will deflate. Then you just twist the knob again to reseal the valve so it will pump up again.

Ok, so I've been contemplating this purchase for awhile. I've been looking for a way to stretch a little and finally decided to give this a go. When It arrived, I opened it immediately and, well, to be honest, I was disappointed. I inflated it and found that all it really is is a dildo with a balloon around it. I'm not sure what I really expected, though I guess I thought the inflatable part would help with the stretching. I don't think it will. Of course, new toy in hand, I decided then was a good a time as any to give it a whirl. I have three words HOLY F**G S**T. I loved it. I didn't want to stop. This and a little "aroma", and I was in heaven. As I thought, I don't think it will help with stretching the anus, but once it is fully inserted (to the point where none of the balloon inflates outside of the body, it will bring you to absolute ecstasy; or at least it did me. The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is because I don't think it will work for what I had originally intended.

Thin balloon over a hard piece of plastic.
This toy is basically an inflatable balloon over a hard toy. When I say hard, I mean it; there is no flex whatsoever. The tube leading from the balloon to the pump was kinked in several places, but after pinching the spots back into place, everything seems fine. The valve knob on the pump feels kinda loose and flimsy, so we'll see how that holds up over time. The quality of material seems about what you'd expect from something in this price range and is perfectly acceptable, so I can't knock 'em for that. Overall, I think this toy will prove to be a fun part of my collection, though the usefulness of the inflation feature is more of a novelty than a practical addition. It'd have been nice if the product were instead a thicker shaped rubber balloon without the internal core, but I'm guessing that would be to flimsy to be of any use. Just beware of you're expecting this thing to be at all flexible, because it isn't.

This is the hotter female half of this account reviewing this item. And it is awesome.
For those that enjoy that full filling this is amazing. I personally absolutely enjoy the full filling with this toy. I test it out first to see how large it would get and WOW! I could never get it that full. I know this is made and marketing for anal play but it works just as well vaginally. I have docked it one star for one simple reason. It is too long. When inserted vaginaly it is too long to contain the full length of the inflatable part which means instead of holding at the bottom and inflating inside some of it tried to inflate outside, of course this will vary per woman but this is my experience. Overall it is amazing, easy to clean, works great, has a range of sizes I could never get to and helps me hit spots that standard intercourse, no matter how awesome my husband may be, could never hit.

Good, not great
A little on the short side, but it's okay. The hard inner core is exactly that...HARD. But once you get used to it, it goes in easier than one without the firm inner core. The reason I gave it 3 stars is, when it is inflated, it is more pear shaped, or at least ours is that way. The problem is, it is hard to keep in since the tip is smaller than the base, so it keeps wanting to just slide out. Hoping the tip will soften in time and expand more evenly so it stays in.

Avoid if you have a sensitivity to latex
What the description doesn't tell you is that this is a latex toy, not silicone. I discovered thanks to this toy that apparently I have a latex sensitivity. The time to find out something like that is not with 8" of inflatable dildo up the arse. Particularly after you've inflated it. (Here endeth today's TMI. And, indeed, there ended today's fun. Still paying. Ow.) So, yes, be warned; if you have a latex sensitivity or allergy, avoid! The item description really needs to state this clearly.
