Very Warm
I bought this for my husband who is a commercial electrician and has to work outside during the beginning stages of jobs. He is very cold natured so when the jobs are outside in the winter it’s pretty miserable for him. Not any more with this coat. Even during freezing temps he says the coat is so warm on its own he doesn’t need the heating element. He really loves this coat and highly recommends it. There are also multiple locations to place the battery so that you can find what is most comfortable for you. He says it also has a good range of motion in the arms.

I read most of the reviews which mentioned several trips to the ups store and some other problems with this jacket but I decided to take a chance anyway ...first I received a jacket which the packaging bag had been opened already but the description said " new" I opened and inspect it and it's missing the adapter for the batteries ...If you need a jacket right away DONT get this one look for a different one.

Jacket is not too heavy has two places you can place the battery and you can charge your phone at the same time.

Broke in less than a year
This is the second heated coat I bought from Dewalt. The first one I bought I use and abuse and still works great so I bought this one to be the non work coat. When it got cold out this year I brought the coat out to use and it simply doesn't turn on and I have only owned the coat for 11 months. It worked great when I owned it and was easily my favorite winter coat. Hoping I can get a replacement, if not I'm not spending another $200+ on another one.

Glad I purchased
I am really unimpressed with the warmth I get from the jacket. In 20 degree weather I only where a t shirt underneath. It has made working this winter more bare able

Soooooo warm!
My husband loves this thing! Nice quality jacket He is scared to mess it up at work lol it works great he slept in it the first night and keeps asking people to try it on and feel how awesome it is!

dont buy
a large just dont fit right the heat was just in the back, you need to buy the battery and the charger separately anther $200 nope not a deal or a good buy this jacket sucks
