Does the job once you figure it out

It cleans my brushes enough for me to transition from one product to another or between washes. Beware though, it does not come with any instructions of how to use, how often, how much to use... nothing! Took me a while to find information about this cleanser and how to properly use it

Surprise, this brand came through.

I was skeptical because their brushes are terrible. However, this is the best brush cleaner I have used so far. I was using the OG entertainment brands and tired of how much I had to use and how expensive it was. I even made my own brush cleaner from recipes online. With this stuff, I spray once onto a clean towel (the thin kind used for rags generally but soft), swirl the brush over the spot, and then wipe the brush off on a dry section of the towel. I find the process easy to control and I don't feel like I'm wasting product. I'm impressed.

Works well, but leaves brushes a bit stiff

I've been using MAC's makeup brush cleaner for at least ten years, but decided to try something new. I love that this is vegan and I also love how handy the spray bottle is. It takes makeup right off your brushes. However, it does leave the bristles a little stiff when they dry, so you have to rub them a bit on your hand to loosen them back up before you use them the next day. Overall, though, I am happy with this!

Perfect for Teenager Use

Its strong enough to clean your makeup brushes but also soft enough not to be harsh on a teenagers skin (in cases they are not fully dried before use). Its delicate on brushed of natural hair, but strong enough to eliminate red colored pigmented makeup residue on the bushed (such as red colored eye shadows). Love it for my teenager!

Works like a Charm

This stuff is amazing and I'm beating myself up for noy purchasing a product like this sooner. I just used this on all of my makeup brushes and was astounded at how well it worked. I sprayed it directly on and sort of into the brush, then swirled it around on a napkin. Did that to each. The concealer, eye shadow, bronzer, gel-type eyeliner, etc all came off with ease. If I didnt see the makeup on the napkin I would've thought the makeup had just vanished.. It's really a cool spray to use, and it kind of delivers as a foam, once it hits the brush, especially when you swirl the brush around. The smell is very light and just smells clean really. It isn't greasy at all and my brushes look like new and feel soft as ever. When I touch them I can tell they are still a tiny bit damp inside so I'm leaving them out to dry for a while, but that doesnt matter to me because I plan to use the cleanser after applying my makeup each day, not directly in between uses of the same brush in one application. Im definitely buying a bigger bottle of this stuff next time, knowing now how awesome it works.

It’s soap, NOT INSTANT DRYING

I’m thankful I bought the smallest size to test this product but it’s legit soap. This would not be ideal for a makeup artist while doing a client and wanting to reuse a brush fast. As you swirl the brush around on a napkin after spraying the product on, it’s going to start to sud. Don’t get me wrong, it would probably be a good product for deep cleaning day, as in washing your brushes over the sink but definitely not an “on the spot” product.

My only regret, should’ve got a bigger bottle! Deep clean on brushes, they dry fast. What a time saver!

NOT an efficient or effective brush cleaner. 5 star reviews are misleading.

This product does NOT "dry fast". It DRIES FASTER than washing your brushes with soap and water, but it is NOT equivalent to other products I've tried that are no-rinse brush cleaners, such as Cinema Secrets. How Ive used it (and WHY I'm RETURNING it.) **there are no instructions from the manufacturer on how this product is best-used. 1. I dipped the tip of a brush in a small amount of solution. Approximately 1-2milimeters of synthetic bristles on a small eyeshadow blending brush. RESULT: Product did not disperse evenly into bristles. It saturated the bristles, and did NOT remove the small amount of peach colored shadow. Some shadow is still left on the brush, the brush is still too wet to use, and it took about 60 seconds of swirling my brush on paper towel to get it to a point where - "Okay, I can let this brush dry because I've gotten enough product off of it." 2. I dampened a Bounty paper towel with cleaner to about the dampness of a Huggies baby wipe, and tried to remove a tan Urban Decay matte shadow from a crease-brush. NOT EFFECTIVE. Most of the shadow color was removed, but the brush is too wet to use. Some of the old shadow color is left, and the brush is DEFINITELY not, clean or sanitary.... 3. I lighty sprayed product onto a tapered shadow brush that has loosely packed synthetic bristles, and had a small amount of blue shadow on it. The product, again removed about 80% of color, and is too wet to use. *** ALL THREE OF THESE METHODS HAVE ONE THING IN COMMON: My brushes still need to be washed/cleaned before I would use them for fresh makeup application. If I were a professional artist, my brushes would not be sanitary between clients. Regarding personal use: Using this product to transition my brushes from "date night" makeup application to "daytime" application, is not effecient, or effective. I am going to try and return this product, as it's labeling (AND THE AMAZON REVIEWS!) that claim this product is effective, fast drying, and otherwise "great, fantastic" etc... are misleading at-best, and false at-worst.

Great brush cleaner!

I use this daily and it works great! A tip I've found useful.. Spray the brush with the darkest shadow first so it sits longer. Don't go right to rubbing it off with a tissue, instead, rub it with your fingers well and then wipe with a tissue. Works better that way. Brushes dry soft and ready to use the next day.

I noticed it too late so I can’t return it now. If I would have known I would have went and got it somewhere else. THIS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!!

Awesome product

Fast and easy to use. A couple sprays on your dirty brush, and clean against a dry towel. The brushes dry quickly and are sanitized, ready for another use!

Like many other customers, the way this is visually advertised is totally misleading. You get ONE ounce and not 10 oz. I will be returning the product. Very disappointed and felt I was taken for a ride.
