Installation difficult

First, one of the wall anchor broke inside the wall, and I also stripped its head as I was trying to remove it. So these anchors must be made of cheap, inferior plastic. I would suggest getting smaller wall anchors as I think the big size is unnecessary which needlessly tore a big hole into my wall. Second, there was no template to position the right anchors in relation to the other 2 left ones I had installed, so I had to do my own measurements. Third, tightening the tiny set screws in the bottom of the holders leave much to be desired. Lastly, the holder could be a bit deeper, as a larger sized or even a standard sized roll may touch the wall, which may not be desirable for a number of reasons, one of which if the wall is not sanitary. Anyway, the pluses are that it does look nice and is inexpensive at under $10.

Was good for the price.

The only thing I didn't like about this was the toilet paper holder rod is white. White shows when toilet paper is put on. So I spray painted it Nickel and it looks much better now.

It's a little wide

If you install this according to their exact instructions/measurement, it's too wide for a standard toilet paper roll and looks kind of ugly with the extra space. Also, the roll part of it falls off easily. Make sure you measure it against the width of the toilet paper rolls you normally buy. If you make it narrower, the roll doesn't fall off and it works beautifully.

Works as it should

Looks good was easy to install and seems to be very sturdy especially for the price. Not sure why it asked me to review softness of the product as it is a toilet paper holder… But I am glad I bought this works great. With all the hardware needed minus the tools.

Perfect for what it is used for

Item did not come with directions but they arent really necessary. Just make sure you use the back of the cardboard to mark where to drill and really pay attention to where you are drilling and why and you should be golden!! Works great. But I didn't expect anything other than that

Horrible. :(

We recently purchased a home that didn't have any TP holders, so we bought three of these and installed them. I should have taken the other reviewers advice and gotten other anchors, as these are indeed too large and make a HUGE hole in your wall and barely hold the holder up. Seconds after installing, it was already pulling away from the wall with an almost empty roll of TP on the hanger. So, needless to say, we had to uninstall, patch the holes, and get new anchors and re-install and it worked like a charm. But still frustrating none the less. The nickel look is very pretty, and looks nice, just needs to be a little higher in quality, but dang, who wants to pay over $20 for a stinking toilet paper holder these days?

Very easy to install, helps make our bathrooms look up to date, and we didn’t need to create new holes in the wall since it was a standard size.
