Exactly the same as the Delta-brand version for 1/3rd the price

I had to replace a tub spout in my home because the finish was in bad shape. Delta-branded, I discovered that it was identical to the Design House replacement in every respect, including details of the finish, except for the knob on the pull-up diverter, yet the Design House version's price is $35 less. I graded this down a little on ease of installation because, based on the identical Delta-brand's removal, I know that in the future this will likely be difficult to remove. Also, the finish is likely to age prematurely within a half-dozen years. The difficulty of removal was due to the inside twisting out of place relative to the outside so that the set screw could only be located by randomly drilling holes in the housing. Then, the inner plastic ring that holds the o-ring seals wouldn't budge and had to be cut off. That's what I have to look forward to the next time this spout is replaced. Nevertheless, buy this, not the Delta.

A bit short but it works

I used to have a Moen that stopped diverting after about 2 years. Replaced it with this model. It was very easy to install with one Allen key and super inexpensive. If folks are complaining about it only lasting a couple years then they should never buy a more expensive model as I stated my Moen model (which was $120) only lasted 2 years so if I get half that then this one still wins. My only complaint about this model is that it is very short.

Great spout, I bought a moen it’s plastic this one 100x better

This is a great spout I bought a Moen and It did not have the diverter installed. This one cost 3x less and is actual brass A+ plus great seller awesome product.

Slip On Looks Very Good

I am reviewing as I liked the price and look. I got a used very good one I just hope it lasts as as it seems thinner material than original. It was a bit difficult to replace old spout as the original installer added a treaded end to inside pipe which requires to remove the inside parts of previous spout. Once I figured this, I did the same which is to remove new spout plastic pieces. Now I know mine will always require to remove it by twisting to the left only no screw to loosen. Hopefully this review will help someone else who has a treaded end on their pipe not the typical straight as most would.

Just remodeled my bathroom and got two different tub spouts from another manufacturer/store, had nothing but trouble trying to get them installed correctly. Read other reviews on this item, purchased this item, installed immediately after received, easy install, fits great, nice and tight!

Garbage don’t waste your money

The product came used, with grip marks all over it from a wrench or pliers, there are missing pieces so it couldn’t even be put on, there were no instructions, and water comes out the back near the wall. You get what you pay for. I will return this as soon as I get A new one in that I ordered today… Obviously from a different company.

Feel good. It was simple to install, made of real metal, and functions well. I'd say you can't go wrong because it's just a faucet, but there is a lot of junk on Amazon This product is not junk.
