Transfers and Wipes Off Too Easy

I occasionally need to cover my hand tattoos for work but have always used the kits where you have to mix the colors to match your skin tone. I wanted something fast and simple so I was super excited when I found this. The pro is that for me this worked relatively well and was extremely fast to apply (plus it was already my skin color!) The cons are that this does not stay on for long, you can’t touch anything without transfer and layering coats of this makeup are a waste of time. Now I tried this on separate occasions using THREE different primers. I used Milk, Smashbox and Baby Skin. Additionally I used a setting powder (ELF) which I have used for all my past tattoo cover ups and it has always worked amazing. To top it off I also used my Urban Decay setting spray and none of these methods helped. One day I accidentally touched my black pants and makeup got EVERYWHERE. I’ve never had this issue with even my face makeup. Another day my hand grazed something and half the makeup had rubbed off. Other reviews said this layers well and I found this to be the opposite. Some suggested to layer then powder then repeat and when I tried this it actually removed the coverage even more. Now notoriously hands are harder to cover and regardless the makeup will sometimes transfer, I was not expecting perfection. But to not even stay covered for a few hours and to not be able to touch anything without it wiping off, this product is not worth the price. Yes it is more convenient than the products you mix on your own but it’s more than double the price and only lasts about a quarter of the time. Other products I have used you could fully wash your hands without the product coming off, I barely needed a makeup wipe to remove this. Anyways, if you have a tattoo that guaranteed won’t touch anyone or anything once covered then this product would be wonderful. The coverage is good and it’s a quick application but far too expensive given the amount of other high end products I had to use in order to try and keep it in place.

I don’t like the way it is packed.. but I do like the coverage .. I was about to return it .. but it did work on my tattoos.. good coverage .. I wish they can make a better presentation of the product.

Far lighter than the screen illustrates.

The color is incredibly light, more so than the packaging or description showed or explained.

An Absolute Must Have in the Makeup Bag

Covers any scars from breakouts to so much more, including tattoos!!! I use this on my scars under my foundation & I absolutely love how it hides everything so well that my skin looks flawless! This will always be in my makeup bag for life! So grateful that I came across this product!

Long Lasting Scar Coverage

This product is one of the few I’ve found that not only covers a three inch surgical scar on my lower leg, but also maintains the coverage for several hours. I was skeptical the setting powder that’s recommended for use alongside this makeup was necessary, but I’ve found it helps make the coverage last longer. A little goes a long way. Although the setting powder does not stop the makeup from transferring onto clothes, it does help prevent the makeup from fading and my scar from showing through by end of the day.

Does the trick!

I have a super ugly neck tattoo that I got as a teen. The tattoo artist messed up badly, and put a small tattoo that was supposed to be hidden behind my ear Halfway down my neck. I work in Healthcare, and am trying to get a good hospital job. I just received the product in the mail and tested it out on one of my larger tattoos on my arm, and I'm impressed. I spent 30 seconds blending the product out, and then I set it with LOTS of setting powder to stop it from transferring. Will it get on clothing? I'm sure, but MUCH less if you set it with setting powder. I needed mine for my neck, so no clothing worry for me. I'm happy with this until I can get in and start laser removal.

Not what I was hoping for

Literally did about 3/4 coats of this as intructed on the tattoo on my wrist... it looked so caked and didnt cover. I got the closest to my skin colour I could, but it just looked bad. Back to the hunt for a decent tattoo cover up.

Doesn’t cover tattoos

I have a tattoo that I am partway through removing. It is significantly faded. This concealer doesn’t cover it at all. The coverage is very poor.

Not great coverage I'm afraid

This product was intended for use to cover a small bruise on my cheekbone. I'm afraid it gave less coverage than my Max Factor pan stick, and was nowhere near thick enough. Very disappointed for the price as I thought it would cover birthmarks etc.
