great thermostatic valve

I'm sure that there are other good thermostatic valves out there, but have used these in several high end baths and over the years, they have continued to look and perform well

Very Happy With This Shower Controller

This thermostatic controller replaced an older Delta conventional unit. As it turned out, the original body wasn’t compatible, so needed to order an appropriate one - decided on the high flow unit. I installed a different thermostatic shower control unit in my truck camper and it worked great. The shower in the house was going to need seals replaced, so instead ordered this Delta unit. Has been in use for about three months. Works with no issues.

Works well

A little hard to remember which way to turn things if you don't use it every day, and the markings are hard to read in the shower. Once I develop the correct muscle memory it should be fine. Other than that, looks nice, matches our other fixtures well, and doesn't leak (at least not yet).

Great High Flow Shower

First things first. This is not like its sister (exact same look) low flow shower. The reason it costs $200 more is that it is a totally different cartridge. It requires the high flow rough in valve to get the full flow. Not the easiest thing to retro fit in an existing wall but boy is it worth it. At least 10 GPM flow and perfect temp control. Do not use this with a normal shower head or you are wasting your money. I love a high flow shower and I do not turn this on full blast. You can get a great shower in 2 min and I am guessing you use very little extra water.

No cold/hot walk ins

This is great. One handle to turn it on/off and one handle to set the temperature. No more adjusting the temp. Perfect every time.
