Great! Beware of shipping

This matches the Arvo line perfectly! It’s very sturdy and easy to install. Fits thick rolls of paper no problem. My only issue was the shipping. Being a delta product I found it strange that it was only in a plastic bag, no box. I ordered both the toilet paper and hand towel holder and both came the same way. Except this one was scratched badly. The screws were just in the package. So check it out before you install it. Otherwise perfect!

Just what I needed for a hand towel!

The towel holder is brushed nickel. It looks good in the bathroom. The fact that it is open at one end makes it easy to put a towel on the holder. I wish you could reverse the holder so it opens on the other side, but it works well like it is.

The 24” towel bar is 2 pieces -weak!

I guess they wanted one product that was either an 18” or 24” towel bar but the result is the 24” one is weak and wouldn’t last a day. The 6” extension that you slide onto the 18” bar makes the whole towel bar useless. The rest of the kit is fine but they put the set screws too close to the wall which makes it super frustrating to install, there’s no room to turn the Allen wrench. Overall I don’t recommend the entire set.

One wrong piece creates such a hassle.

I hung up everything and went to hang the last hook and the kit had the wrong sized metal plate that the towel hook hangs from the wall. I called delta, but they said I needed to talk to Amazon, but Amazon said to return the whole kit, but I had already hung everything....such a hassle for one small metal piece.

Flimsy, Poorly Constructed- Don't Buy!

This towel bar is in two pieces that are joined by a plastic plug, The bar was very easy to install and included sturdy mounting hardware and anchors. Nevertheless, the bar itself has significant play and sag as a result if its two piece construction and plastic plug. The most inexcusable part of this experience was using the drilling template without first assembling the product and physically measuring the spacing of the mounting brackets. Instead, I taped and leveled the template to the wall and drilled the holes later discovering that the template was off by a full 3"! I do NOT recommend this product!

This does not come with the 6inch extender.

I ordered this tower bar with 6 inch extender. It did not have the 6 inch extender. Placed a replacement request. Received the replacement item and it also does not include the 6 inch extender.
