Love These Cups But Has One Issue
The media could not be loaded. These cups make specialty drinks even more special. I love my cappuccino out of the medium size cup and my macchiato out of the tall cup. I wanted to cry though when I first saw water trapped inside of one of the cups when I took it out of the dishwasher. Later that day I sadly prepared my return request but before I hit submit, I picked it up to take a photo and the water was gone and the countertop was wet. It happened a second time with a different cup so I did the video. Some of the water has leaked back out but not all of it yet. I'm still keeping them, I like them that much. I think I'll put a dab of superglue on the bottoms.

Love these, but be careful...
WOW...These really are fantastic! Unfortunately, after my FIRST cappuccino made in the new De'Longhi Magnifica S Automatic Espresso Machine ECAM23270S, I went to wash it and bc they are SUPER SLIPPERY, it shot right out if my hand, shattered in the sink and slit my finger open... It's really a shame, bc I really love these glasses! They kept the coffee hot and the outside is cool to the touch. Wish I could get just one replacement cup, because none of the sets are not cheap. I'll check with Delonghi and will update everyone with their response... ????????

Too expensive for cheap quality
At $5-10 per glass, I expect REAL GLASS, not cheap arse plastic. AVOID.

My new favorite cups
This set is perfect and the presentation is spot on. We kept the box for moving or long term storage, should the need arise. We use the latte cups 2-3 times a day, so much so that we ordered an additional 2-pack of just the latte cups. The shape and fit are perfect, the durability is great (not too delicate but don't bang them on the wall or anything). The best part is the temperature. The mug keeps the drink hot but my hand comfortable. If you have an expensive specialty coffee machine - these should be your go to cups.

Useful and cute
We got this set for Christmas. The glasses and light, useful and cute looking. My wife is concerned of their stability, especially the latte ones (the tallest). She might have a point as they might roll over if hit by accident. The double wall is very helpful. The coffee is hot and still you can hold them and not feel a thing. Personally we like them and would recommend them to other coffee lovers.

Nice Glasses, Good Customer Support
Love these glasses but recently I had the issue with the hole in the bottom of the cup, allowing water to get in. All of the glasses get used frequently and put in the dishwasher, but the hole only happened to one of them. I called DeLonghi support and they offered to send a replacement with no hassle. I was assured it’s more of a manufacturer defect and shouldn’t happen to the rest of the glasses. Overall great glasses and I’ll actually be getting another set of the medium size as that’s our favourite. Will update this if more cups spring a leak.
