Good, but...
This is good quality; however, if you have one of the small, moldable mouthguards, it can actually fall out of the hole in the front of the case. I'd recommend getting something else if you have this type of mouthguard.

Mouthguards w/o strap may fall out!
I like this case, it is sturdy and effective... but the gap for a strap is large enough that smaller mouthguards can fall right out! I lost a nice Sisu mouthguard that way. Now I just fold a piece of duct tape over the hole since none of my derby mouthguards have straps, and it works fine. But something to be aware of!

Friend To Mouthguards, Retainers & Dentures Everywhere
This mouth guard case has some great features. I wanted a hard case for my mouth guard that I could just leave in my gym bag and forget about after games. I didn't want to have to worry about it getting stinky or moldy or getting crushed by my other gear. Additionally, I wanted something I knew I couldn't loose -- something idiot-proof. Below is a list of what I've found most useful. And feel free to take a look at my attached photos. 1) The case is really, really heavy duty. You know those infomercials where they have, like, five sumo wrestlers sit on something to demonstrate its indestructability? Well, this case comes pretty darn close. Even when a team bus is loaded up with two-dozen bags on top of mine, I know the case will come out just fine. 2) Ventilation. Several strategically placed ventilation slots allow the contents to breath. That way, if you put a saliva-coated or otherwise wet mouth guard inside and leave it there unopened for days, the mouth guard will dry out without becoming moldy and stinky. That is a major advantage of this product; trust me, I know from past experience! (A quick aside: the manufacturer claims that the case is made of antibacterial material. I don't know about that. They offer no specifics other than "antibacterial." Who knows, maybe it's true. In any case, I've never had any odor problems since I began using it.) 3) The case has a built-in carabiner doohickey that allows you to secure it onto any kind of hook or strap in your bag. (See attached photos.) I take full advantage of the feature. And more than a year later I haven't lost it. 4) The relatively large size of the case means it can easily be used for orthodontic retainers of nearly any shape and size. (See attached photos.) Those things are expensive, and the advantages I listed above would give you or your child a very good chance of not losing or damaging an expensive piece of orthodontic equipment. 5) The product is Made in the USA. All in all an excellent product at this price point.

Easily found in my hockey bag!
My grandson plays hockey and flag football. With the mandatory rules of players must wear a mouthguard this is perfect! The case is so easily spotted in both the hockey bag and football sports bag. Love the shape as well. Great price.

Just what you need
Perfect for keeping your mouthpiece clean. Let's in air for drying. The clip is super convenient for keeping it with everything else. Can be a little difficult for younger players to open, but you know it will stay shut.

Fancier than a Ziploc
Disclaimer: I am new to this whole sports-parent thing, but my kids play lacrosse and had to get mouth guards. I was, shame on me, keeping them in ziploc bags at first just to keep them somewhat safe from all the sports gear that gets thrown into the bag. I figured I better find something more suitable to house items that they were going to repeatedly put in their mouths and found these. I'm a sucker for things with color options, and these have a lot of different colors. I like because the kids can get a color they want and I can keep track of whose is whose. They are hard cases, so I'm not worried about them getting beat up by lacrosse gear in the bag, or stompled on. They have a piece where you could attach them to the bag if you felt like it, and they have a solid "close" so the mouth guard isn't going to just fall out. They are not sealed completely, which I'm sure is to let it air out and not get all nasty with hot, moist, bacteria, but just an FYI to all the other noob sport parents, that you should still keep this in another section of the bag, and not with the cleats because dirt could get in. Overall very happy with both of the ones I ordered.

Great Case for Keeping Gumshield Safe and Clean
Bought to keep the custom gumshields fitted by the dentist safe and clean. Really robust case, offering longer and better protection than the boxes that come with self mould gumshields. The clip on the back is a good addition too, as our kids use it to clip their case and scrum caps together, so the case is less likely to get lost.

Really sturdy cover. Bought this for my son, it can be difficult to open when snapped completely closed, but there is a vent hole at the front which you can get your fingers in and helps when opening.Does the job, would recommend.

Qualität und Verarbeitung nicht ausreichend
Ich habe die Box für meine Tochter zur Aufbewahrung ihrer Zahnspannge gekauft. Ich fand es praktisch, das man die Box mittels Karabiner festmachen kann und die Verlustwahrscheinlichkeit der teuren Zahnspange sinkt. Leider sprang bei der ersten Benutzung des Karabiners die Feder zum spannen des Verschlusses aus ihrer Halterung. Eine Reparatur durch mich war nicht möglich. Des Weiteren macht die Box in natura einen weniger wertigen Eindruck als es auf den Fotos der Fall ist. Bilder der Box inklusive der defekten Feder am Karabiner wurden hinzugefügt. Pro - Schutz eines Mundschutzes / einer Spange und ausreichend Belüftung bei der Unterbringung - Öffnung ist klein genug, damit eine Spange nicht aus der Box fällt Contra - Qualität der Box schlecht - Anmutung weniger wertig als man es nach den Artikelbildern vermutet - Preis / Leistung auf Grund der Qualität und der Materialen aus meiner Sicht schlecht Ich kann diese Aufbewahrungsbox aufgrund des Preises und der hierfür gebotenen Qualität nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ist ok, aber sieht auf den Bildern hochwertiger aus als sie ist.
Da mir die mitgelieferte Hülle von meinem Zahnschutz kaputt gegangen ist, habe ich mir als Alternative diese Box hier bestellt. Zusammengefasst ist mein Urteil: Ist ok! Die Box macht was sie soll, sie ist ein Platz um den Zahnschutz aufzubewahren. Als solche ist sie geräumig genug, dass jeder Zahnschutz hinein passen sollte. Darüber braucht man sich beim Bestellen also keine Gedanken zu machen. Stabil ist die Box auch. Das Plastik ist allerdings nicht besonders hochwertig, eher etwas klapprig und sehr hart. Das führt dazu, dass sich die Box nur sehr schwer öffnen lässt, man muss schon zwei Finger in die Öffnung quetschen und kräftig auseinander ziehen, was nicht immer ganz einfach ist. Die Idee mit dem Karabiner ist ja eigentlich ganz gut, allerdings ist der Karabiner mit seiner Längsseite fixiert, wodurch die Box, wenn man sie an die Sporttasche hängt nicht locker runter baumelt. Ein Schlüsselring zwischen Box und Karabiner wäre hier besser gewesen. Man kann sich das Ding also schon kaufen, aber Wunder darf man sich keine erwarten. Und ob das den Preis wert ist... naja.
