They do work

Fit a little weird but if you use readers like I do, they work just fine. Using em to read a book and work as sharp as a fitted pair. Fall off if you shake your head.

Received wallet, not Flashcard

As some others indicated, I also received the wrong item. Instead of the slim Flashcard case as pictured, I received the case with the money clip (which is thicker since it has to accommodate the clip). Rather than go through the futility of returning and hoping the next was the right item, I found the Flashcard elsewhere. It fits great in my minimalist, Ridge-like wallet and overall I really like the utility of the ThinOptics.

Great for traveling!!

They are very light weight and adhere well to the back of your phone. They come in varying strength which is great. The only negative is that over many months the nose piece or actual frame will break. You may get a year or so out of them but I would recommend having a spare pair, espy if you travel a lot.

Great size for everyday minimalist carry.

Few years ago I moved from the thick tri fold wallet to a minimalist one. One of the things I could not over come was my failing eye site and the need to carry reading glasses which just added the bulk I lost with my wallet and shifted it to my front pocket for my glass case. Then I found the key fob version of the thinoptics which I have been using for the past year. They were perfect for reducing the bulk and for the moments when I needed to read something. Well as luck would have it I broke the key-fob case and needed a replacement. I found this credit card case and it is near perfect for my needs. while a little thicker than I expected (it is the thickness of 4 credit cards I had read that 2) it fits my Ridge wallet perfectly. If I had a complaint about the case for the glass case that is that they used a rubberized type of coating on one side of the case which makes it drag when removing / inserting into the wallet. As for the glasses, I can read menus, labels on bottles, the fine print on papers, with them without being burdened by a full size set of readers. But understand that these are not replacements for the full size versions that I have sitting on my desk, they are supplements for away from home or the office. I find them comfortable for short stints of use but not for all day which the full size ones are good for.

Small, lightweight that can fit just about anywhere.

How easy they can fit in your pocket or on the back of a phone, so they are always handy whenever you need them (restaurant, store, etc.,). I wouldn’t wear them all day but for 10-20 minutes or so, they are perfect.

Perfect for reading menus and playbills

These are definitely unique. I can see quite clearly with them. Pros: they are in a case that's the size of a credit card, and about as thick as 2-3 credit cards together. Extremely light weight. Easy to take out and put back in case. Perfect for menu reading. Don't feel like they're going to break easily. There is no front or back, which is convenient. Cons: you spread them open and let them close on your nose and they grip. The grippers are not the most comfortable, but you're not reading a book where it would get really annoying. They are fine for the length of time it takes to read a menu or a play bill. I suggest having a place to keep them, like you do with your keys, because they are very small and easy to lose. Bottom line, definitely worth the money. My mother would always end up carrying her reading glasses and my father's reading glasses in her pocketbook when they went out to dinner. So she could never bring a small clutch bag. Ladies, I know you know what I mean. These solve that issue.

Received in damaged condition

Item received in damaged condition, broken in two parts at the nose bridge. When checked for the procedure to return, it was discovered that this item was not entitled to be returned! Colossal loss of money.

Very convenient but a bit uncomfortable

Very light and, once you get the knack, easy to get in and out of the card. The card does fit into my wallet but not surprisingly it's quite a bit thicker than a credit card so will cause your wallet to bulge a bit. These don't feel very comfortable to me as it's hard plastic squeezing the top of your nose. However, I only ever use them for emergencies as a I rarely remember to take my glasses out with me - at which point they are very useful.
