Roaches Galore

The reptile store sells heating pads for $50+. I bought this to heat the Dubia roach colony instead. They are breeding and multiplying as normal with a heat pad that costs less than $20. Temp controllable on 3 levels. This thing stays on 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No malfunction at all so far. I bought this over a month ago. It’s still going strong. $30+ dollars well saved.

Good affordable option

Relatively small but as expected. Husband has used it every night for about 2 months for 2 hours per night while sitting on the couch. Doesn't have an on/off switch, just plug it in and adjust the temperature output.

Works great, keep fabric covering on, strong chemical-y smell at first

Works great. Similar to the one I had growing up that lasted years!!! Make sure you keep the covering on it otherwise it could get too hot and burn you. When opened it does have a very strong chemical-y smell, assumably from the plastic material. I’d recommend washing the fabric covering and wiping down the heating pad itself before using. Otherwise it will take a while to get rid of the smell :)

Keeps you nice warm and cozy

I bought this heating pad for my cousin after she gave birth. She had called me at least 5 times to thank me for this heating pad. She said it’s the best one ever and it stays so warm.

The One To Get

I had an old one of these Sunbeam pads that finally gave out, after a couple of decades. I went to the pharmacy of the local supermarket, but they didn't have them. Instead, they had some brand with a brown cloth cover. I bought one, but it barely gets warm. I ended up ordering two Sunbeams, with the light blue cover, from Amazon. Even on the middle setting, they get good and warm, almost hot. I've never even tried turning it up to 3. Sunbeam is the one that works.

This is the best

I wasn’t sure what to expect because it’s inexpensive but you definitely get your moneys worth. It gets as hot as I need it too and it relieves my back pain.

Not hot enough for me

I went for this old school heat pad cause it's like the one I had forever. It doesn't get as hot as my old one..even on high. A little better than something else I bought.
