The Best Filter I have ever had.
I use this filter in my kitchen sink for cold water to make ice and drinking water all my house plants. My hot water is not hooked up with the cold water and has chlorine for hand washing dishes... I LOVE THIS FILTER AND RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE IN NEED OF CHLORINE, LEAD @ FLORIDE FREE DRING WATER. Taste better than bottled water and I have saved more money than having to purchase bottled water. And it only took my husband an hour to install.Great Value overall the filters I have ever purchased.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't waste your money or time!
I purchased the US-DC3 Under Sink Direct Connect Premium Lead Filtration System on Amazon on 12/27/22 for $100.99. I received it on 12/29/22 and didn’t install it until around mid-January 2023. In the middle of February 2023, the cold water started to slowly come out of the faucet. By the end of February 2023, the first part of March 2023 the cold water was just trickling out and only hot water was flowing regularly out of the faucet. I was determined the filter was faulty and was restricting water flow. On March 6, 2023, I contacted Culligan about their faulty US-DC3-R filter which lasted approximately 30 days. Culligan refused to replace the faulty filter claiming it was my water quality that was the issue, not their filter. It’s funny how Culligan knows what my water quality is without requesting a water quality report. Furthermore, I guess their water filter has a problem filtering water and may become inoperative as a result. I contacted Amazon to see if they would hold Culligan accountable for selling faulty water filter on their website. Amazon refused to intercede because it had been over 30 days since purchase. I will be searching for a new under sink water filter from a company that is reliable and offers excellent customer service. Obviously, Culligan is not that company.

Better than my last filter
One of the best investments I have made so far, for the past few years I had another product that consisted of 3 filters that in the long term it was more expensive to replace the cartridges. I decided to give culligan a chance, I don't regret it, I dare to say that the taste and the pressure performance is really better than the other filter I had. The installation instructions are clear and easy.

Stop buying fridge water filters, use this!
Using this instead of our pricey, undersized, underperforming fridge filter. I put the Reverse Osmosis filter bypass plug (comes with fridge for when your water line going to the fridge is already filtered) in place of our fridge filter. Our fridge filters cost $50 each and the “change filter” light comes on after 3 months. Instead, I installed this culligan unit under our sink in the water supply line that heads to the fridge. Problem solved! Much bigger filter, cheaper, should last way longer. Works great, I’m very happy with it!

High flow, good capacity
I was looking for a filter that had a very good flow rate and a large capacity so I didn't have to change it every few months. This seems to fit the bill. Really good flow rate - I actually had to set the shut off valve in a partially off position for the drinking water faucet because it was just pumping out too much water too fast.

Watts water filter
If you have a Menards store near you, you can get the Watts Pure H2O Lead Reduction Water Replacement Filter. H2O-F46. It will fit the Culligan Filter head with one modification. You only need a 1/4” drill bit and a drill. Just make sure you don’t drill through the filter.

in general I am happy with this product. instillation was a bit of an issue
In the end I like this because it works. the problem I had was installing it. the tubing that it comes with was very stiff and I needed to go to Lowes to get more flexible tubing to fit my sink base. One I did that I was happy. The filtering is good and water no longer has the sulfur taste of local city water. I gave it 5 stars because the end result far out ways the inconvenience of having to get softer and more flexable tubing.

No flow in 2 months
Guess it was fine until the flow went to a trickle in 2 months. Waste of money.
