Nice bakeware
Always bought those cheap $5-7 pans that are crap. These pans are thick, heat evenly, easy cleanup and bake very well. Been replacing all those cheap pans with these from Cuisinart. I 'm sure they will last for many years to come.

Thick pan
Great pan, very dense. It cooks evenly without issue. The rubber handles are nice, but they do get hot! The pan also scratches easily, so I recommend removing anything from the pan before slicing into it.

Great Pan with Convenient Handles
This Cuisinart pan has done a lot of cooking for me. I don't ask for much in my pans, just be flat, don't rust, and don't fall apart. This pan can do all that. — MEASURE YOUR OVEN — Please take measurements before buying this. This pan is wider than most pans because of the extended handles, and will not fit a portion of ovens out there (especially in New York City apartments). I literally wasn't able to use this pan through a few apartment moves because none of the ovens could fit this. There was one oven that too small by half an inch and came sooo close (you have no idea how horrible it was not to be able to use my pans to cook). So please measure measure! — HANDLES — Now that I've used pans with handles, they really are convenient to have, especially when grabbing it with a mitt directly from the oven, or when moving hot pans around counter tops; it makes it that much easier to grab on to. — QUALITY — I took off a star because of the unevenness the pan gets when it comes out of a hot oven. It will lay on a trivet to cool, but will be wobbly from some heat distortion. The pan flattens itself back when it cools down (Also, sometimes when it warps in the oven, it makes scary sounds like something's moving in the oven. It can be a fright the first time). I have seen the silicone on the handles look like it melted off when I'm previewing my food through the oven window, but when it cools down it looks perfectly fine. Maybe the heat emanating from the oven is distorting this mirage of a vision. The pan is good up to 450 °F/ 232 °C, and I've yet to go over 425 °F myself. — BAKING MAT — Silicone baking mats are excellent to use with pans. I use theAmazonBasics Silicone Baking Mats with mine. While these mats are slightly larger than this pan, you can still fit it on, with the edges slightly curving on the ends. — SUMMARY — Cuisinart's Easy Grip pans are a little pricier because of the handles, so you have to ask yourself if having convenient handles is worth it to you. Recommended.

Top notch bread pans
These are wonderful pans for bread-making. I oil them, as the recipe calls for, and when the loaf is done, a slight tap is all that's needed to get the fresh loaves to release onto the cooling rack. The pans are a thicker material than I expected, which seems to ensure my bread loaves cook evenly. I'm happy to hand wash the pans, as suggested. And I anticipate good performance for many loaves to come.
