Very Small Mask for a Very Small Face
Purchased for my 8-year-old, this mask was too small for his face, with the silicone touching the outside corners of his eyes. This mask would have been appropriate for him at a much younger age. However, the Cressi quality I expected was absent--there were lots of thin silicone to remove, that was left from the mold not being precise. Also, note that the description talks about a "dry snorkel" implying that this snorkel is a dry model, but it is not. The included snorkel is a standard snorkel design to protect against splashes, and has a one-way valve to blow the water out, but it is not a dry snorkel. It is a snorkel sized for smaller child lungs and mouth, with a smaller diameter tube, and small mouthpiece. It's a fine basic snorkel. Overall, for a small/young child this will be fine, but I don't think it's a good value given the mediocre quality and basic snorkel.

Fits an adult with a smaller head
I have a smaller head and it’s hard to find goggles that fit. These did the job. There was some fogging but the biggest issue was keeping the snorkel in the proper position. The clip just wasn’t cutting it or didn’t know how to use it properly. I resorted to holding it up with my hand which wasn’t ideal swimming with one arm at a time. Overall, it’s a decent snorkel set minus the clip situation.

Nice goggles
Bought this set for a cruise excursion. We went snorkeling with the turtles. My son ended up wearing this mask instead of wearing his bubble mask. The life vest that we were wearing hindered him in the bubble mask. They fit nicely and he was able to see the turtles very clearly. they are still intact, ha! I say that because the lens is glass and he’s a boy...a not so gentle boy. He also wears the goggles at the pool and we sometimes find them with the lens down. Thankfully they haven’t scratched or cracked.

Real deal snorkeling equipment
I bought two of these sets. My kids tried out the dollar store variety (before I commit to buying the 'good stuff') and liked those even though they leaked and were uncomfortable. Instead of buying some cheap unknown Chinese brand I wanted to get them quality equipment that will last and is designed by experts. These Cressi sets are high quality. The silicone is soft, everything adjusts properly, and the masks seal perfectly. My kids love them.

Love this snorkel! Highly recommend - good seal, no fog, easy to use!
We bought this snorkel for my 4 year old to use on a trip to Hawaii - we practiced several times in a local pool and he was psyched to take it on the trip with us. And it didn't disappoint. It fit well, sealed well, and didn't fog up for a great snorkeling experience for him as we searched the ocean for all sorts of fun stuff. He is easily able to put it on and off by himself and we've had zero issues with it. We are very happy with this purchase!

Got the Marea mask instead of the Ondina, but it's all good!
My order went through Online Scuba. The mask I received is actually the Cressi Marea (2 window) and not the Ondina. It's really not an issue because they are both excellent masks for snorkeling. The snorkel itself has a purge valve at the bottom and a dry top that closes if the snorkel is submerged or tilted too far off vertical. It took my 5 year-old a couple minutes to get used to it, but once he did he was stopping far less frequently to fuss with his snorkel than he does with the cruddy rental ones.

Too small
I'm in the minority with this review but found this to be a subpar mask and snorkel set. I have two adult Cressi masks and they are above average for the prices I paid. This was for my eight year old son and he is by no means a larger than average child and it was significantly too small for his face. The sides formed a good suction but a portion of the rubber impeded his vision. The head strap provided good coverage for the back of his head but the snorkel was nothing to write home about. The viewing angles were also unimpressive. I don't think this is a particularly bad purchase if your kid is 4-5 years old but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone older. I have seen mask and snorkel sets like this at local box stores for less money. Good luck.

Good quality
Would be nice if the snorkel was a little longer, she's only 5 and isn't paying enough attention to whether or not it's underwater, so instead she just takes it off and doesn't use it. Good quality, good size for child. Now if they could just invent one that doesn't fog up.

Great first snorkel set that will last for many years.
Excellent quality and very comfortable as you would expect from Cressi-sub. The mask seals very well without requiring much tension in the strap, and is easy to adjust. The drain valve makes it easy to purge, so there is no need for any of the silly gimmicks which you find on 'toy' snorkel sets. The tube is the perfect length and being slightly narrower diameter helps reduce dead space without affecting breathing resistance. The only slight criticism I have is that the mouthpiece is integrated with the tube, and therefore not replaceable. (That tends to be a feature of more expensive snorkels). My 6 year old son got a bit excited, and accidentally bit off the tabs on the mouthpiece. Not a problem, as it still works fine. All in all, this is an excellent first snorkelling set that should last for many years. I brought a small adult size Cressi snorkel and mask when I was 15 years old. It cost twice the price back then, because you couldn't buy good quality gear for kids. I have been using it regularly for snorkelling and scuba diving over the last 18 years, and apart from looking a bit worn, it is still just as good as when I brought it. Don't waste your money on cheap tat from unknown brands. If you buy this set, you are getting professional quality at a budget price, from one of the oldest and most respected manufacturers of dive equipment.

Good quality
Bought for my 8yr old son, so far he has only used it in the bath as it was a xmas present but it seems to fit him fine. Good quality and he seems pleased with it so far. It must be pretty watertight against his face as normally he doesn't like putting his face under water but this is giving him lots of confidence underwater.We will try it in the pool soon, and the sea when weather permits.
