Received used open product

I use this Mario Badescu products everyday, the HYALURONIC DEW CREAM is my absolute favorite and usually purchase at Ulta, but decided to order from Amazon this time. I received the product with no seal and the plastic container had definitely been used before or recycled and the substance inside felt different unusual so I decided not to use at all and return it. I will most definitely be ordering from Ulta in the future.

Nothing stood out about this product quite possiblely the most generic moisturizer in existence.

Started off nice then PILLING

I tested this product out at the beauty store before purchasing here. I tested it out on my hand and the texture was thin yet luxurious feeling. I decided to buy. Then I got it home and put it on my face. It started off great but then 5 minutes later, I touch my face and the product is pilling. The next day, I skip any serums and try it on my bare face, still pilling. What a disappointment.

Great product, bad packaging

The dew cream moisturizer is wonderful for sensitive and oily skin, the problem I have is that it’s packaged in the worst way for facial products, Its in a clear jar. Product in a jar is open to any kind of germs or other things, plus the active ingredients can be less active when exposed to the air and light from the see through container.
