Pretty but no Cord Cover

This pendant light is beautiful and the gold is a great color. The shells appear very light gray when the light is off (I didn't hang it so can't say what it looks like when on). Overall, this looks just like the photos. However, there is nothing covering the electric cord that this light hangs from. Because of the grayish appearance and lack of chain, I had to return. This item is 16" in diameter; the description says 16" but the information box underneath the listing says 20".

Beautiful but terrible mounting hardware

Love the look of this. I did a color change smart bulb and it looks really cool to change it to pink, purple, green, etc. It looks like a balloon in the different colors. This is shell with gold and it's fragile. You need two people and two ladders to install this. Especially because it has the worst mounting hardware ever. You normally have more like a nut you screw on from the bottom for a chandelier. This has very, very tiny screws that mount horizontal, parallel with the ceiling. Nearly impossible to get a good angle when you are working above your head. The screw looks like something you would use to screw on a battery cover for a toy. It's ridiculous. This would be 5 stars for looks. But about a 1 star for mounting hardware. We've put up alot of lights and this is by far the worst design I've ever seen for mounting. Not sure who came up with this but obviously they've never hung a chandelier. Also, the silver wire is hard to cut. You'll need a utility knife.

Beautiful Design

The design of this globe is really beautiful and it looks like something that would be sold at Pottery Barn (for way more $$). It is quite large and really makes a statement in the space. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the plate that goes on the ceiling. I was disappointed to see that it was made of plastic and it was kind of scratched up. At this price point I would expect that plate to be a little higher quality.

Bright Gold

This came in a creative co-op box but when I look at other versions of this online, there is a chain as part of the hanging cord. This has no chain. The electrical cord is wrapped in silver and coated in clear plastic. There are some blemishes and finish flaws in the capiz shell, but I think that is just what happens with the shell. The ceiling mount is a shiny, bright gold and a rather small mount. And the shells are bound together with that same bright gold. We haven’t hung it yet. But it is a very generous size. The shade has a hole in the bottom, presumably so we can change the lightbulb. It’s a unique light fixture that makes an impact.

Pretty Globe, 50’s vibe

This globe is very good sized and super unique. It absolutely gives off vintage 50’s vibes to me. I have not decided finally where to hang it yet because mostly I don’t love the silver cord. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a gold trim light. I’m hoping to hang it in a spot where the cable is not very viewable

This pendant light is both beautiful and unique. It’s definitely a statement piece but in a subtle way- it’s not gaudy at all. Love it!

Stunning big pendant

Oh my goodness this is a stunning honeycomb pendant! I saw one at a restaurant and it was beautiful, found on Amazon & ordered it. The price on Amazon is such a good deal. I looked on some online store and they were $700 & $800 so this is definitely a fantastic deal. This one is well made and not cheap looking. I will update with more photos when it is installed
