Flight Suit...for a GIANT!!
The flight suit was great in all areas except one ....the inseam. I ordered a 2XL and it fit me everywhere except the length. I am 6ft tall and I believe it would've fit someone that is 6.5/6.6 way better. Still a great purchase! Wore it to a theme night at a business function and it looked great ...just had to peg the legs inside my combat boots. Well worth the money if you are taller than me or have time to have it altered.

Great Costume
Just got this today, and I have to say it's one of the better quality halloween costumes I've ever purchased. The flight suit is almost identical to the coveralls that we used in the Marine Corps, except all of the patches would be velcro, not just the name tag. It comes with both Maverick and Goose name tags so you can choose your poison. It is quite warm, would be pretty good for an outdoor party. I read in another review that the included glasses are plastic, so I ordered another pair of glasses. However, in the package I received, the glasses are metal, and seem to be pretty good quality. As far as fit, I'm 5'7" 155 lbs athletic build, and the S/M fits almost perfectly. The legs are a little long, but it's barely noticeable in combat boots. My biggest concern was the shoulder width and the crotch, both of which are perfectly sized. The front zipper is a two way zipper, so hitting the head after a few adult beverages isn't a hassle, as you don't have to take the suit off. Zippers are high quality, and similar to those on actual flight suits. Now, the reasons I gave this costume 4 instead of 5 stars. As I previously stated, the legs are just a hair too long, like maybe an inch or two. If I were 5'8 or 5'9, I don't think it'd be an issue at all. Pocket placement is slightly disappointing. There are no hip pockets, which means I have to adjust for placement of my phone and keys. Also, there is no back pocket, but that speaks to authenticity. There are a total of 5 pockets in the suit, two chest, one thigh, and two lower leg. They're all pretty roomy, but the thigh pocket goes just a bit deep, as anything I put in it hits my knee. Not really an issue, just an observation. I also wish the velcro on the cuff of the sleeve extended just a bit further, as the sleeves are a little loose when all the way down. Overall, this is a great costume. I'm venturing through my city's bar district on Halloween in it, and I'm happy there is no restricted motion and I'm comfortable wearing it for hours. I would certainly recommend this to anyone.

Go bigger if you are tall
I am 6 ft for reference. The length from shoulder to crotch was too short, creating a constant wedgie. If I would have sat it would have split. The rest of the fit for waist, chest, legs, and look were spot on. If I was 5'10" would have been perfect fit. Quality was great. I ordered a larger size bc I did think overall worth the $$ and time to make it right.

Good value
It only comes with 1 Maverick/Goose patch and there is not any decal at all on the back of the suit. But otherwise it looks very legit. A pair of sunglasses and some boots and you're looking on point! Regarding how it fits, I'm 6'2" and 185lbs. The medium/large was a good fit everywhere except being very snug in the crotch/privates/junk area. The XL was not as snug "down there" but the legs and the arms were waaaay too long, it looked like I was a kid trying on my dad's clothes.

Good but mine came with few production errors
First let me start off by saying the delivery and shipment was great. Although it took forever for my card to get processed for the order shipment, the item I ordered shipped fairly quick and was at my doorstep in 2 days considering I chose standard shipping b/c I don't have amazon prime anymore. With that said the item I purchased was good overall. Now on to the review of the product. My first impressions were it looks slightly over-sized for me (I ordered the M/L and I am 5'10 200lbs and a muscular build). The color of the flight suit is a forest green. It comes with the flight suit which is a one piece jump suit, 2 Velcro patches with the insignia "Goose" and "Maverick," and a pair of aviator sunglasses. After trying it on, I realized it was actually a very snug fit with baggier areas on the arms and on the legs (for me that is). It was easy to get into, but took some effort to remove (b/c of my body shape). Overall the fit and the look were right on par with my expectations. I thought the significant letdowns for me were found in the production/creation of the suit in that it came with a few strings not properly clipped off, the Velcro on the sleeves were not properly sowed in, and the "top gun" patch needed to be ironed down (has some sort of cloth adhesive on the back of the patch). I thought for the price I paid (~$68 US dollars) all these things should have been carefully inspected and taken care of. However, half an hour of alterations and a little work of my own I got it the way I wanted. I've lost that loving feeling for a good flight suit ;)

Good deal on a Fun costume
After reading the other reviews I ordered the M\L size of the flight suit. As others stated, at 5'10" and 205 lb. athletic build the suit is appropriately snug across the chest and shoulders and fits comfortably everywhere else. The legs are a bit on the long side but add a pair of boots and I think it will look great. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and detail. Yes, there are a few loose threads along some seams but that is easily and quickly remedied. The patches and good number of zippers and pockets add a lot to the look. I was a bit suspect of the included aviator glasses so I found some reasonably priced ones on Amazon and ordered them at the same time as the suit. The glasses that are included are not as bad as I expected. Gold colored metal frames with a dark plastic lens. However, they are marked as novelty only and have no function as actual sunglasses. I would definitely recommend this costume for the price (Under 45 bucks). With some finishing details (military surplus boots, dog tags, a cocky attitude and a toothpick to chew on) this is a nice, low maintenance costume to have a good time in.

Most legit Maverick costume I've ordered! Little small in the torso area if you're over 6ft get the 2x. Removable velcro badges and zippered pockets. 2x zippers on front for peeing! One up one down!

Missing key parts
For the cost of this suit it should not be missing Velcro strip for fighting for comfort, very disappointed with this as the cost is very high should be high quality

Very good quality flight suit
Absolutely brilliant flight suit. I'm 6ft 3 and went for XL and it fits perfectly. Very good quality as youd expect for the price. I had to buy the helmet separately but was worth the extra money.
