Great option for kid school functions!
My son used this for his classes Constitutional Convention day! We ordered x-small he is 11y/o 5’2 and 135 for perspective!

Best thing I've ever bought...
SIZE Medium, 170lbs, 5'7", Hips 45", waist 30", Chest 36B, female: I am a bottom heavy lady so most bagged costumes are way too big up top and way too small on the bottom. For reference, my hips come in at a whopping 45" so my booty almost never fits into men's size medium pants. These pants have a lot of stretch and give, and fit me perfectly with room to give! They would also fit someone smaller than me, and maybe a couple inches bigger than me even. The top was a teeny bit too large in the chest and shoulders because I am smaller on top (36B cup, 30" waist) but it still looks great and I'd rather that than it be too small. I maybe could have even ordered a size small and gotten away with it, but the bottom of the top is all connected as one piece (the jacket is not a true jacket so you have to wear it with the vest as a one-piece) and doesn't have much more room to give over my hips so I think medium was a smart move. If you have slimmer hips than me and you're small/medium on top, get the size small. All that to say, I love this so much that I didn't want to take it off after trying it on...I was tempted to wear it out running my errands, but I'll spare the world today...

Got for My Daughter's School Presentation
My daughter's school does a presentation for their 5th graders every year where they need to dress up as the person they are presenting about. She got a woman that dressed as a man to fight in the Revolutionary War. And it was cheaper to buy a costume than rent one. I was worried that the pants were going to be too big. They were perfect! Everything fit her well. She's 5ft 3in, if you were wondering about size. Please bear in mind the pants don't go to the ankles. They only go far enough to go under the boot covers that are included. So if you don't use the boot/shoe covers make sure you have boots tall enough to tuck the pants into.

Surprisingly Good
This was a lot higher quality than I expected. While I wouldn't wear it to a re-enactment, it is really nice for a Halloween costume or class product.

Really nice costume
My son decided he wanted to dress in an 1800s costume for the final day of school. I don't know why, but how can I say no to something like that? We settled on this item because it looked like it would fit the bill, and the cost wasn't too bad. The costume far exceeded our expectations!! The fabric is not too thin, the fit was great, and he looked fantastic in it. One of the boot straps (under the foot) did get broken on the seam, but that's an easy fix. I'm hoping it will still fit him for Halloween, since it really is a nice costume. If you're on the fence, I'd fully recommend this one.

Amazing buy totally worth your money!!!!!
I purchased this uniform to get into the spirit of the 4th of July, and I was more than pleased with the way it turned out. First of all, the buttons are metal, not plastic, which adds a lot of realism and makes the whole costume look and feel so much better. Secondly, this thing is more comfortable than literally 90% of my regular clothes, and the material isn’t too thick or too thin, and for the most part it stays pretty cool, at least compared to other costumes. Third, the color is amazing, it looks at least semi authentic and it’s a truly beautiful costume! It doesn’t come with an undershirt so I used a plain white long sleeve shirt underneath with the sleeves rolled up and black tights underneath the pants, to make it even more comfortable. I normally wear a medium but I had to get a large because they were out of stock and I found that was totally fine because it really does fit me well no matter what size (though I probably can’t confidently say that about everyone who purchases this). Overall, it’s an amazing buy and I’d definitely get another one, actually I might do that anyway but if you’re looking for a good colonial soldier costume without spending hundreds of dollars, this is essentially as good as it gets!

Pretty Amazing!
I bought this for the 4th of July. I throw a huge party and launch a huge firework show. I pick out a new costume every year and when with this. The fit was actually pretty good, but you will have to steam out some wrinkles. If you use an iron you will need to have the steam option on and use a cloth for in between the costume fabric and iron. Very impressed.

Hamilton obsessed teen approved!
My son wanted me to make him a Hamilton costume for Halloween with 3 days notice! Nope, not happening, but I found this on Amazon, and the reviews sounded promising. It smelled a little strange when we first opened it, but we hung it up and aired it out, and it worked great! It was comfortable and fit with a little room to spare (he is 5'9" and about 115 pounds - we got a small, even though extra-small was recommended, but he's fine with having it a little looser). He was so excited to wear it trick-or-treating with his little brother, and again at high school today for "Throw Back Thursday" day! The fabric isn't too stiff, but still holds it shape. Great details (buttons, etc.) The pants are a simple elastic waisted pant, the coat/shirt frontgoes on in one piece like a shirt, the cravat just connects with velcro like a collar, and the "boots" are just slip on fake fronts that you put on under your own pair of black shoes (he used his marching band shoes - jazz shoes or matte dress shoes would also work. It was hot and humid on Halloween, but he said the fabric wasn't overly hot.

I using this for fanexpo in august, and I'm so excited. To boot covers were a bit creased when I got them, but other than that everything was really nice!
