Excellent, except for the non-stick pieces
I will end up just throwing out the non-stick trays. Whether this material is PFOA, Teflon, or whatever new fangled derivative of Teflon, or whatever new name they have for non-stick. Whatever the name, I don't use any type of nonstick in my home. I don't care if people say that it only releases toxic fumes above 500 degrees or whatever it is. I don't care if people say "Just don't scratch it and it won't come off in your food". I have seen the movies like Dark Waters about Teflon and non stick no longer has a place in my kitchen. So I don't know what the trays are, because I couldn't find anything other than "nonstick". The good news is that the rotisserie basket is just good old fashioned metal. Enough for me to keep the whole machine and only use that. Maybe I will find replacement trays that are not the dreaded non-stick. The rotisserie makes excellent french fries. Would be a perfect product if the nonstick was just metal. I don't mind scrubbing!

13 quart Cosori Air fryer
this unit has been a blessing, I rarely use my microwave or oven anymore. This air fryers has preset programs and they are accurate. The food comes out great, I use it every day. Its quiet, easy to clean and sooo convenient. I have done spare ribs, steak, chicken, eggs, toast and you name it. It is compact, does not take up much room on the counter, and I just love it, best purchase ever......

Multi functional
I have tried most of the functions and am overall pleased with how it works. I have used it daily since it arrived. I wish they had included or make available on the website another air fryer rack. Also, some sort of device to remove the rack would be helpful. It gets very hot and it is awkward to reach inside with a potholder. It has been great for the 2 of us and might work for a family of 4. I have the 13 quart and like how well it fits under the cabinet.

Just read the directions and it will be easy
I like all the features so far. The only thing wrong or different is you must flip the bread over for the toast to be on the other side. But everything else is great and I use it every day. I have air fried, baked, broiled, and reheated so far. I like the reheat better than the microwave. It keeps things crisp where the micro makes them soft. I baked brownies the other day and they came out great.

Well made
Returned, wanted bigger and the shelves would fall to easy when pulling out. Found out my new one does the same, not happy as it dangerous. But everything else about this was great, just not big enough.

The product so far is awesome!
This product is efficient and adorable. I only wish the food trays were made from metal instead of the nonstick trays though

Versatile and convenient
We purchased this for the office. This single unit has completely expanded the selection of meals we can prepare at work. I love how easy it is to use and how little space it requires. We are now able to not only eat healthier foods but save so much time and money not ordering takeout. I have since ordered one for my home.

This Airfryer is amazing … so impressed
We’ve roasted, baked, fried …. Basically we’ve tried various types of foods with various settings this Airfryer is amazing. I did lots and I mean lots of research and had hoped to get it reduced on Black Friday, in the end paid full price but I have to say it is worth every penny and I’m not gadget obsessed… hubby was very sceptical but he has roasted a piece of brisket in it and I cannot believe that happened I only ever pot roast a brisket for hours on low heat to get the best results but it was so good, very tasty and quite tender - a bit of tweaking to the timings and temp and I think it will be perfection next time. Roast chicken, roast spuds, homemade chips, roast veg for a soup, all fantastic, fried bacon perfection even baked a lemon cake - came out perfect. Do your research, follow groups and #s on social media learn a little experiment a lot you won’t regret it. Less oven to heat up, less time to cook and everything has better flavour and is saving is cooking time and money in the long run. Things I love about the Cosori Dual Blaze : Size big enough for a large chicken - the best tasting roast chicken ever. No need to turn food over half way through - massive tick. Very easy to clean. Large basket - and non stick Thing not to like … but I’m being super picky now: When it is hot if you want to remove the inner tray the only way is to grab it in the two finger sized holes and you don’t want to scratch it but need to get a firm grip. The size - whilst being great for a large chicken it means it does take up a good bit of worktop space - but this Airfryer whilst I can’t directly compare with another brand seems to be really well designed and very economic in its size. Things to definitely buy : Food thermometer- just to make sure food is cooked through but I’ve followed recipes and had no issue. Silicone utensils so you don’t damage the interior. Small Airfryer specific oven mats to pop any trays / dishes onto so the bottom doesn’t get damaged. Top tip : immediately after youve finished cooking take your food out run some hot water and dish soap in the basket just to let it soak and make it even easier to clean … it is already super easy to clean.

Like everyone says...
There are now just the two of us and using our kitchen oven seems extravagant as electricity becomes a luxury item costing more than a five star holiday. So purchased this to make eating more affordable. It is everything others say. It's not as large as I'd anticipated and will take up about half your standard sized hob space. It has a fan which again wasn't as loud as I'd anticipated. I'd rate it as about the same as setting one or two on my Neff extractor. Noisy but not annoying. Arrived on time, well packed so that the dent in the corner of the box did not harm anything. Brief instructions are provided but common sense would be ample guide. Recipe book is very basic and not much use but get started with a Google search. You need to learn the settings but basically it heats up air around a standard heating element and a high speed fan blows it over the food. Temperature and time are really the only controls. These 300 odd 'function' exaggerations mean little they just set different temperatures and time. So look for those two things when doing a recipe. One thing about this machine that's different is it has heating elements top and bottom which vary the heat direction depending on it's setting, like roast or air fry. That will take some understanding to work with temp. and time for your own meals. It is easy clean and the cooking box which slides in and out easily is quite sizeable. Enough for two or three people per cycle. You can't over crowd the box. Everything will go in the box with or without the trivet. They call it crisper plate but it's simply a trivet. Food is as everyone says quick and perfect. Cooks, reheats, crisps just like everyone says. You may have to alter time and or temp. as I keep saying but you'll get it right to suit your preferred style and taste. Lots to learn but you'll have a sausage or fish finger sandwich in 10 minutes of setting it up. That's a third of the time in my Neff fan assisted oven. Given its lower wattage that's for to be a fifth of the price. The app I can't help feeling is a gimmick. You got to be next too the fryer to turn it on so setting the function is just as easy. But you don't have to use the app. Still lots to learn, and reviews and Google are good friends. Cosori seem to be every bit as good as the ubiquitous Ninja who, due to the sudden popularity, have upped their prices!

An ideal air fryer for a larger family. Would recommend.
So, before I start babbling, would I recommend this air fryer? Absolutely. Isn't it pricey? Yes. But it isn't the priciest on the market, offers excellent functionality and provides a large single basket as opposed to 2 reasonably sized baskets that many others provide. Your personal requirements determine what sort of basket you need but for me, I wanted to be able to cook the joints of meat I would normally cook in the oven and that required a large, single basket. Isn't Cosori an unknown brand? In the UK, largely, yes. In the USA, they have won a number of awards. We have owned an air fryer for a number of years but it was bought when the kids were smaller and wasn't really big enough for us anymore. We kept persevering until parts started to wear and finally took the plunge into a bigger model. Granted, this cost a lot more than our original and isn't a brand you'll find many of in High Street stores but for the size we needed, the price was reasonable. There are air fryers on the market that boast a similar capacity but this is generally split between 2 baskets and I wanted to be able to cook whole joints of meat. This air fryer has proven to do the job fantastically. The chicken in the pics was an X Large, weighing around 2.6kg. This went in fine having removed the tray (this is recommended in Cosori recipes for a whole chicken anyway). I have cooked a large chicken with the tray still inserted and got similar results. I have also managed to cook a pork joint as well as things like fries, chicken dippers, potatoes and even homemade samosas (don't be put off by pics of air fried samosas online that look anaemic. Make them with filo pastry as they should be made, brush lightly with oil/butter/or maybe egg prior to cooking and line the basket with samosas. 10-14 minutes turning about midway through, gave wonderfully crispy samosas, just like the restaurants). There is little information by Cosori on the use of the air fryer but a quick search on social media and the internet provides information that is of use. Other than that, it is a case of trial and error. The XL chicken cooked in around an hour. The large chicken took a little less (always check the internal temp before eating regardless of how you cook). The pork was very big and took a lot longer to cook through but still took less time than a conventional oven. The crackling came out lovely (much to my partners delight who doesn't particularly like pork but loves crackling). The meat came out with that dark brown sort of crust around the ends and was juicy inside. The chickens have cooked perfectly, not drying out. The functionality of the air fryer is simple. Choose a setting such as roast or air fry, set a temperature and set a time. The timer is limited but anything that needs cooking beyond an hour will likely need turning anyway, at which point the timer is reset. The app for your phone shows how much time is left and provides a notification when the timer has ended. There is more that can be achieved with the app but I have not yet ventured into all of that. I believe you can record your own cooking times for particular foods to help you the next time. As already mentioned, there are a lot of recipes on the Cosori website but for your basic cooking instructions, it is best to look elsewhere for a guide and also use trial and error. A general rule of thumb seems to be to take the oven cooking instructions, reduce the temp by 20c and the time by 20%. This gives you a ball park to work with even if not exact. In short, this is a fantastic piece of equipment and I'm sure I'm already on my way to recouping my costs by saving money not using the oven (to cook an XL large chicken in much less time, and with no pre-heating the oven, and in an appliance that uses less power is an instant saving). I would definitely recommend it. Some people have little patience for learning to use a new appliance and/or have little desire to look online for some helpful advice and tips. That will give you a negative attitude towards the air fryer but putting a small amount of time in, joining some groups and looking online will get you cooking in no time.

Good for a whole chicken
A superb air fryer. It’s simple to use and even the app that CAN control it works flawlessly. A great way to cut energy costs as most things cook in about two thirds the time. The basket is a great size at about 9”x 8 1/2”. And can take a whole 2kg (4.4 LB) chicken. I would say to anybody buying an Air Fryer do the chicken test: if it doesn’t take a whole chicken only buy it if you live alone. This fryer doesn’t need things flipped (turned) when cooking as the Dual Blaze 6.4 Lts (6.8 qrt) has two heaters one below as well as one above the basket. It’s a well built machine and easy to operate and the non-stick surface is a piece of cake to clean. You could not be disappointed with purchasing the Cosori Dual Blaze it’s just that good.

Much improved. As close to real frying and baking as you can get. Cooks both sides perfectly.
I had the original Cosori air fryer for over 3 years, never a problem with it but you had to turn things or shake chips and I’d often forget and while everything was cooked the bottoms of things wouldn’t crisp up which was not great with things like fish fingers or pies, etc. So I thought upgrade and see what the new one is like, also pizzas just fit in the old one, the extra space in the new one would mean the fit perfectly. So I bought the new one. What a difference! Everything is coming out perfect, no shaking or turning. Chips are crispy all over and soft inside, chicken nuggets are crispy all over and those fish fingers are perfection, super crisp outside but soft and juicy inside the best I’ve had exactly like fried but not oily. One unexpected benefit, things are cooking to the recommended times on the packets, in the old one you’d have to often cook for longer so that’s saving energy and on the point of energy despite having two heaters this uses the same power as the old one, so it’s not costing any more in electricity for the better results. Pizzas do fit in and their bases are lovely and crisp, pies have solid bottoms the contents don’t fall out when you lift them. I’m really pleased, it seems quieter too. It’s a little bit taller, so check it fits. I just pull it out, slide it back when done. It’s a yes from me, it has a two year warranty, you can register that in the app, it is a little hidden away but persist and you’ll find it. One downside due to changes in some law you can’t turn it on remotely. You can set the mode and cooking time but it won’t start till you hit play on the front panel. So I no longer use that. It does however send you a notification once it’s finished cooking and that the bit I find most useful anyway, you just go do your thing and you know when dinner is ready. And the basket just goes in the dishwasher or soak for a bit in the sink.
