Well made, one annoying detail
Very well made, very cute. One annoying detail is the tape was hard to remove from the whiskers. Other than that, would recommend.

Good quality wood cover.
This is a good wood cover and representative of my GD’s Cougar team. I originally purchased this for a driver cover; but, the shaft part is not long or tight enough to fit a driver well. She uses it for her 3 wood, and it work great. Good quality and looks like a Cougar. Bought it as a congratulatory gift for making the Varsity golf team as a freshman. GD loved it!!

Almost Great But Falls Short
The stretchy portion inside that is supposed to slip over the club head doesn't seem to be properly anchored. This means that when we try to put it on the club, that portion gets pushed up inside the cover without slipping over and securing around the club head. This frustrates the user (my son) and leads to it continuously falling off since it isn't secured to the club in any way. The materials seem great, but the craftsmanship is lacking. We have a different one of this same brand, and it is fine, so it seems we just got a bad one. Disappointing.

Daphne Cougar Head Cover - Better than expected!
When I made the purchase, I wasn't expecting something spectacular based on the photo on the website. But, when I opened the USPS package that arrived in lightning time, I just started smiling. This Cougar head cover is simply fantastic. The attention to detail, the materials used, and the finish are all quality. It has all of the fit and finish of an expensive plush stuffed animal. The photo was deceiving because it's impossible to gain a perspective of the size of the head cover. However, upon arrival, it was larger than I expected, which made it very much what I had been hoping for. The approximate overall dimensions are: 11.75 inches tall, 6.5 inches wide and 7.5 inches deep. It's just right size to attract attention while on my driver in my bag. The inside of the head cover is lined with soft faux sheep skin looking material. There is a hidden elastic strap sewn into the lining around the inside near the top that captures the club head and holds it secure. I'm using a 460cc driver. Because the head cover is new, it's a snug fit. Not too snug. Just snug. I expect that over time, and with much use, it would likely relax making it easier to put-on and take-off of the driver. As a comment about the shape of the pocket on the inside, I could imagine that people using "odd" shaped drivers like the Nike SQ or Cleveland HiBore might have issues obtaining the right fit. It's just my perception without any actual experience. YMMV. Overall, I'm very pleased and would recommend the Cougar head cover for purchase.

Great Quality, but DOES NOT fit the Ping G410 Plus Driver
Purchased for my daughter's Ping G410 Plus Driver. The headcover is very well made and looks great, but it's too small to fit the 455cc head. We'll use it for her 3 wood instead.

i had been looking for something a bit different in an animal head cover for my driver for some time. golfing buddies had recommended the Daphne cover as they all have that make, This cougar/mountain lion cover by Daphne is better that the photo depicts. It snugly fits my Taylormade SLDR and Ping G drivers both 460cc . I try not to use the cover in the rain - as it absorbs quite a bit of moisture but is hard wearing otherwise I have been using the headcover for 6 weeks - 10 rounds so far and am really happy with it

Individuelle & niedliche Driverhaube, schützt gut und verrutscht nicht
The media could not be loaded. Ich hatte für meinen Callaway Driver nur die dazugehörige Haube (Strumpfartig), die sehr schwergängig und umständlich über den Driver gezogen werden konnte. Das hat mich während der Runde sehr genervt, da ich die Haube bei jedem Abschlag auf- und absetzen muss, damit meine Eisen nicht an den Driverkopf schlagen. Daher wollte ich eine Schlägerhaube haben, die ich schnell und unkompliziert auf- und absetzen kann. Ich habe mich für diese niedliche Berglöwen-Haube von Daphne`s Headcovers entschieden. Die Haube ist sehr weich, gut gepolstert und sieht aus wie abgebildet. Sie passt auch gut über den Schlägerkopf meines Drivers. Im „Hals“ wurde noch ein extra Gummi eingenäht, das verhindert, dass die Haube abfallen kann. Durch dieses Gummi wiederum geht die Haube aber auch etwas schwerer drüber zuziehen. Es geht aber allemal besser als mit einer engen Strumpfhaube. Die Haube entwickelt zum Glück keine Eigendynamik. Das heißt, sie bleibt genauso auf dem Driver sitzen, wie ich sie aufgesetzt habe. Der Berglöwenkopf guckt also immer in die Richtung, wie man ihn aufgesetzt hat und dreht sich nicht von alleine nach unten. Ich habe zur Demonstration ein Video dazu gedreht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem neuen Glücksbringer auf dem Platz und empfehle die Haube weiter. Der Preis hier bei Amazon ist wirklich unschlagbar wenn man bedenkt, was man für solche Schlägerhauben im Golfstore so ausgeben kann.
