Very helpful

A good gel cushion relief
This is the gel support I was looking for, I wish is was a little bit thicker, but it’s giving me the cushion I need while my Achilles tendinitis heals.

Didn’t help my issue
These were not the miracle that I needed, as they suggested in the advertising. They slid around in my shoe and were just not comfortable. My heel was a bit wider than the gel, which could have been the problem. I sent them back.

Helping so much with heel pain I've experienced
These are so helpful in reducing the heel pain I've recently been experiencing. They can be placed in a pair of shoes, worn, rinsed off and placed in another pair later. This is my 2nd pair and I'll probably keep purchasing them if I continue to experience heel pain.

Don’t stay in place
Super comfortable but they DO NOT stay in place. I had to adjust them every time I walked even a short distance. I tried them in flats and booties.

nice cushion for heel
these heel cups are really nice. they just curve up at the outside of the edge. they are not like heel cups that go up your heel. i really like these better and use them in addition to my orthotics in my running shoes. i did have to stop and adjust them once in 5 miles the 1st time i wore them. i think i will get accustomed to putting the shoes on correctly over time.

Decent Product
This is a nicely made heel cup but the sides are not high enough for any stability. And this is the reason I was looking for heel cups but the cushion is supportive.

Sent me a previously used product
Package at first glance seemed unusually wrapped and it was! It was a used product. Manufacturer cardboard package had been ripped open, then taped closed. Heel cups had dirt stuck to both sides. Yuck!

Perfect
Been using them for years. Great for in boots and large shoes; not so great in slipper type shoes ladies as i discovered they lift the foot out of the shoe

Thin and flimsy
Product is as appears, but the gel cushion is quite thin. They do not provide adequate all-day cushion/comfort for heel spurs. I paid 35% less for a superior product at a shoe store.
