Very good for the Money

Using this on induction. It worked on both large and small burner but our large burner has two sections with the largest only turning on for very large pots. The steel disk for induction is around 7 inch diameter so burners between 7 and 8 inches will work best. In order to get even cooking in the corners, it is important to preheat before putting the food on to cook. This is mentioned in the instructions that come with the unit. Best results are obtained by preheating somewhat above the desired cooking temperature and then turning the heat down before the food the cooked.

Lasts about a year

About as good as any. Haven’t found a single brand of non-stick pans that last much more than a year. And yes, I don’t use any abrasive cleaning or cooking tools.

The larger pan is a little smaller than I would like but I do like the interchangeable lids between pans and pots.

Great non-stick surface.

The non-stick surface is very slick. Tried the egg test and it works! Great value and wish it came in a larger size. Easily cleans with a wipe of a paper towel. Love this pan!

Nice heavy duty pan!

Heavy pan, just what I wanted. Bottom must be stamped on because the center is slightly raised in a perfect circle corresponding to the bottom steel plate.. However no square aluminum pan has ever stayed flat for me so I'm used to it. Handle stays cool. Non stick works great!

have always been looking for a pan that can deliver a omelet without sticking. With this, I am sold. I am so glad I brought this. So far so good.
