Excellent Pots!!!
I was surprised at the high quality of these pots. Nice and heavy weight plus very well constructed. I’ve been cooking over 50 years and have never had a set of pots with handles on both sides. A nice detail and easier to put in the oven than having a long handle. I also like the three different sizes in this set. I used the 5.5quart today and it performed well. I’m very happy with this set. The pricing is more than fair too! I highly recommend this set. It would also make a great gift for someone starting out. I’m sure this set will last for years!!! Excellent in every way

Beautiful pot
I needed to replace my soup pot since non stick coating was chipping off. Have been replacing pots and pans with stainless steel. Extremely pleased with the easy cleanup after making a pot of split pea soup. Only used it once but Im happy with its performance so far. It cooks faster then my other pot. I’m sure it will be getting a lot of use!!

Sturdy, well made
Received in good shape, well packaged. Have used it three times already. Heats well, retains heat well. Sturdy bottom. Handles are sturdy and attached well. Clear glass lid is a plus. Would recommend.

Stockpots should be this cheap and how to clean stainless steel
Update: After several uses, I noticed several white spots that I don't recognize and can't remove. So I returned it. This should be classified as an 8-quart pot. I didn't measure it but the water it holds up to the lid should be about 8 quarts. The lower number in the listing is probably the effective volume, so you won't want to put more in it. The price of a 6-qt, not a well-known brand, is some $50. Over $100 for American brand names. What's the catch? Basically, it's a straight cylinder with a bottom and a lid. Maybe it's slightly thinner than other expensive pots. Other smaller pots with vertical curves may feel stronger for the same thickness. Of course, you can dent it. But how? It's strong enough. It's steel. It's the 18/10 stainless steel that everybody uses. Time will tell very soon if it isn't. The glass may break, oven safe to 350F. The pot is oven safe to 500F. It's pretty unbreakable if you use it for boiling water unless you forget all about it. Dry heat from the stove can destroy it. The bottom may fall off. The glass can break. So do other pots. If you use induction that's not easy to happen. The lid fits well. Steel handles are what I want. They are hollow so they shouldn't be too hot. You can safely put them in the oven if you want. The handles are riveted. I prefer those welded ones on the outside so the inside is perfectly uniform. But I know how to clean stained rivets on the inside. Actually, both the outside and the inside are polished, shiny as in the video. I prefer it because it says something about the steel and it's easier to clean because I can easily spot the accumulated dirt. If you use induction you can keep the outside shiny as long as you wish. And I know how to clean without scrubbing to keep the inside shiny. Obviously, somebody shouldn't use stainless steel utensils. If you get stains on the pot, non-stick scrubbers and tougher scrubbers won't do anything because the pot is made of tough steel. But you should never use scrubbers for steel like steel wool. You are just destroying the pot a tiny bit at a time. It won't do much harm because it's all steel, not just the surface. But totally unnecessary. There are two types of stains on the surface. Dark ones are carbon from food. Light ones are metal from hard water, like calcium. If you have dark stains, cover it with water and bring it to a boil. It will remove most things. The ultimate method is to sprinkle a few grams of percarbonate slowly into the boiling water. Be careful as that will generate a lot of bubbles, carbon dioxide. It can remove old burn stains. Boil, soak repeat if necessary. If you have a steel mug with coffee and tea stain, one application and all stains will be gone. Percarbonate is the main ingredient of Oxiclean. But I rather have the pure version without fillers. Percarbonate is hydrogen peroxide (first aid) plus sodium carbonate (washing soda). If you touch wet washing soda it's slippery because it's dissolving your skin. And you can see the peroxide burning your skin slowly. You can also experiment first. Washing soda is the main ingredient in laundry powder and dishwasher powders. Washing soda alone also works, but is less powerful and takes longer. Both are very safe for stainless steel. Strong alkaline cannot do anything to the metal. The peroxide can't burn anything other than organic materials. For the light water stains, just use a little lemon juice or lemonade when they appear. You can't avoid it; it's from the water. They will go away in no time. It's more convenient to just buy some citric acid crystals for making lemonades. They are pretty mild acids and pretty safe for the pots. But don't use strong acids such as bartender friends. They might dull the surface if used too much. ps My new pot comes with an explanation about 7 types of spots. But my two treatments are enough to keep all my stainless steel things shiny as new.

Good size, good quality
Got the 16 quarts and finally got around to use it tonight. We had a big ham. It was the perfect size for it and we let it boil at low temperature with the cover for 4 1/2 hours… ham was falling appart just as we wanted it and nothing got stuck at the bottom.

Nice pot
It is a nice pot, very sturdy, easy to clean but left some rainbow marks on bottom after first use, I think that shouldn't affect anything for later uses, I hope not. The glass lid seems to be very easy to break, just be careful.

Lovely 16 Quart Stockpot
I bought the 16 Quart flavored Cook N Home 2527 Stockpot with Lid, The overall quality looks good, with the exception of the lid not having a snug fit, there's about a 1/4 inch gap between the outer edge of the lid and the inner lip of the pot, IDK if its supposed to be like this, the lid does cover the opening, it just has a lot of wiggle room. other than that I am very happy with it, I'm making a giant pot of chili in it now :)

Quality product
Just made a huge bolognese sauce using a metal ladle for stirring. Perfect heat distribution, zero stains or scratches. I’d buy this again.

Perfect size for a pot of soup
This is that ‘in between’ size. A bit larger than the largest pot in my regular set but smaller than my really big boiler. Just right for Turkey soup. Easy clean up.
