Verified plated copper but too long
Recently I replaced the buss bar and all the breakers on my old zinsco panel. I have zinsco panel labeled as 125amp but these buss bars were a few inches too long and had to use an angle grinder to cut them to length. In the process of cutting them they are in fact plated copper and not cheap knockoffs. This should be sold to fit. Putting all the breakers back is a pain as the new Connecticut Electric breakers are a 1mm or 2mm longer compared to original 50 year old ones. Felt like was going to break something putting them in. Everything seems to work after replacing.

Working well
The package came with a small tear and was missing two of the small screws so I had to reuse two from the old bars. The instructions are very well written. Easy to cut to size. No issues with fitment.

Well made, wonderful product
For my two Zinsco boxes I needed four sets of these. Each set I had to modify, but it's not a big deal to do so. If you are going to be in your panel replacing the buss bars, you should be knowledgeable enough to be able to modify these buss bars if need be. If not, you should not be in you breaker box. I had to cut them down, score them and bend over the metal to create a tab. But no big deal. I used an angle grinder with a metal cutting blade. All of these know it all Electrician websites say YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR BOX IF IT IS A ZINSCO. I say pheeeweee on all that. You just need to change the buss bars and any corroded clips on the breakers. Some breakers you can change the clips while others you have to replace the breaker. You don't want to put a breaker with a corroded clip back on to the buss bars, as they may mess up the new buss bars. So to me, you can rebuild a zinsco box easily with this kit and move on.

Pass thru added, hazard resolved
Acquired an old house and, while planning for an upsize of the service entrance, also found the fire hazard notice and recommendation regarding Zinsco panels. Hazard: the aluminum bus bar eventually forms an oxidation layer of high resistance, enabling an electrical arcing that heats everything up, possibly corrupting a breakers ability to shut off when needed, leading to more heating and fire. During our swap we noted that the first two steps had already occurred, oxidation and arcing. A new bus bar is not only new and therefore not oxidized, but is of a different material, plated copper, perhaps more resistant to oxidation and perhaps better capable of heat dissipation . Aside from that, our original bars lacked pass-thru lugs, of interest for temporarily slaving a new service entrance off the original meter, until a final swap over to new street-feeds into a new meter. Good news, the new bus bar and end brackets had dimensions and nubs exactly compatible with the original. No drama except that I chose to perform the swap with the meter still in, and therefore the two-ought cable feeds into the source breaker were live. If you don't have my skill or are just smarter, call in a real electrician.

Copper
It looks like aluminum because of the silver color but it's actually plated copper. I had to cut my bus bar to fit my panel because it doesn't use the brackets that were included. When I cut the end off the core it clearly indicates copper as shown in the photo. Installed it seemlessly. The previous aluminum bar had burn and melt marks from arching under the main feed dual 100amp breaker. Very dangerous.

Good buy but missing parts
Was used to replace old aluminum buss bars. Arrived quickly but had 2 screws for the lug to buss bar missing and 1 of the screws for the lug missing had to use some of the old assembly to get the job done. Would have much easier if the parts would have been in the bag.
