They won't kill a vampire, but they will hold down a tent
Originally I bought these because the neighbor, who is one of the immortals (i.e. a vampire), kept trying to sneak into my house at night to exsanguinate me. When these arrived I remembered that I actually needed a wooden stake to kill him. Instead of returning these stakes, I bought a tent, and moved to our city park to avoid the neighbor. These stakes are GREAT for anchoring my tent so I am very glad I kept them.

We have a little tikes bounce house for our toddler that did not come with any stakes. We found this six pack of stakes and decided to give it a try. I was concerned about the potential of the plastic breaking during heavy bouncing but metal alternatives probably have a higher risk of injury when running around so we went with these The plastic itself seems very durable. The stake are long and easy to put in the ground the way they are shaped. In one area we had very tough ground and had to use a rubber mallet. No damage to the stake at all. Pulling them out of the ground was easy due to the design of the stake and the color is a bright vibrant yellow that makes them easy to see. It would be very difficult to not see these when running your lawn mower if you accidentally left one behind. The price is right, the function is proper, and the durability seems outstanding. If you are in the need of some bounce house / inflatable stakes these would be the ones I would recommend. I’m sure there are other applications for them as well, but for tents and bounce houses I’m sure this would be a great long term option for you to have. I’m a very firm believer in buy it for life and while I’ve only had them for several weeks now; they have been used quite a bit and I’m confident they will hold up

Perfect for my beach blanket!
I picked up these tent pegs to hold my parachute-type material beach blanket in place in the sand, and they work perfectly. I only needed four, but I won't complain about having two spares just in case one or two break on me. So far they have only been to the beach once, but I saw no issue on that first use and they have taken up permanent residence in my beach bag. I was fine bumping them into the sane with the palm of my hand, but they would go in much deeper and a bit more securely if you took along a small rock or mallet to drive them with. They came out cleanly and easily as well. Totally worth the purchase price!!

Not for Hard Soil
These pegs are tough, and will work fine if you are anchoring in soil. But if you want to use them in stony ground, or in a gravel parking area with rocky soil underneath, they don't work. I tried using them to anchor a windscreen for astronomy, and no matter how much you pound, they are just not suitable for hard, rocky ground. I've even broken the heads while hammering them with a regular hammer (which is necessary in hard soil). So, instead I used the 11" long spikes that have PVC slip on heads. They work because the spike is steel, and much narrower with a better point.

Give 'Em a Good Pounding!
Solid pegs for the money, and with the plastic mallet I bought to pound these puppies into the breast of Mother Earth (when necessary) they ought to go the distance, and represent a marked improvement over the anemic, small-guage steel tent-pegs that came with the now-quickly-fading-into-the-fog-of-recent-memory 'camo' tent whose bottom I saved after exhausting the service-life of the inferior product. They may take up a wee-bit more space than lesser, less-stout pegs, but these are light and beefy, and with a modicum of care should perform well. Good value.

Great, but too big.
They're certainly solid and far more durable than the junk tents are typically shipped with. The only issue is that they're so big it caused an issue when putting up our tent. After the peg was fixed through the tent ring, I still needed to use the tent ring to also secure the rain fly. But these pegs are so wide, there was no room to both use the peg to secure the tent, and also secure a hook for the rain fly in that same ring.

I often use these to repair solar LED path lights when the stake point breaks off. They must be reduced in diameter at the top to slip inside the lamp-support tube. They are much stronger than the original black ABS stake points.

Excellent for many different uses!
Exactly what we needed to stop our Christmas blowups from blowing away... we’ve also used them to stake down the bottom of our fence to keep our chickens from digging and crawling under the fence. They’re very versatile and hold up really well in various conditions and uses!

Stabil und langlebig
Die Zelt-Heringe sind Top . Leicht und sehr Stabil dank Abs Kunststoff. Habe diese Heringe schon länger in Benutzung. Lassen sich auch in Kiesboden relativ gut einschlagen. Lieber etwas mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und diese Heringe kaufen
