Cobb Hill is a trusted company for me.
What you see is what you get, plus comfort. Nice durable shoe. It is cute and it is comfortable. I have a high instep but the strap fits perfectly, not too long and not too short. I wear an 8.5 regular and that is exactly what I got in this shoe. (I always wear nylon socks in my shoes, even in winter). Perfect shoe!

Little brown shoes
I bought a pair of brown Rockport Mary Janes many years ago, and have worn them a LOT. The soles began to peel off years ago, and my husband patched them with Shoe Goo. Finally the soles got just too worn, altho the uppers are still okay (scarred & wrinkled but still okay -- like me) so I decided it's time to buy a new pair. Took some looking, but I found them, at a good price. I ordered 7-1/2 but it turned out to be too long, so I returned them (no problem at all) and ordered another pair at size 7, which is just right. The toe box is just a weency-bit snug, because my feet are so wide, but I know it will stretch as the shoes wear in. The straps are held with velcro instead of a loop around a button, which is okay now but I expect it will wear out before the shoes do. I'm not trailwalking as much as I used to, so this pair may last the rest of my life.

Velcro closure on a dress shoe?? REALLY??
So sad that a cheap velcro closure was used on a beautiful leather shoe!!!!!!!!! Velcroe only lasts a couple months, I need a pair of shoes I can wear everyday for a long time. Very very disappointed!!

Just what I wanted
These shoes are just right! True to size, comfortable. I don't think the insole comes out though. I'll have to wear them without my inserts, but should be ok.

Comfort and Quality for a hard to fit foot
I bought these for my 95 year old mother. She has a very narrow foot and it's almost impossible to find shoes to fit her. These are well made and very attractive shoes. They fit her perfectly. If you have a hard to fit foot, these are for you--I see they come in extra wide which I imagine is just as hard to find as a narrow these days!

Comfortable
These shoes fit as expected. I usually take a 7, but ordered a 7.5 as my feet have a tendency to swell lately. They seem quite comfortable, but I've not worn them very long, just to try on. Good quality. They look a little nicer than I expected. I'll be wearing them a lot more as the weather gets cooler. Good value for the price. The adjustable strap is a wonderful feature.

I received the Rockport Cobb Hill Women's Petra Mary Jane shoes, for which I give Rockport 5 stars in terms of the shoes being very comfortable, exactly the colour which was displayed, which is a bonus and for these reasons, I truly recommend this brand and style to everyone who is looking for a very comfortable, beautiful Mary Jane flats. I give 5 stars also for the extremely quick service, fast and courteous from Amazon Prime and I would give 7 stars for the fact that I received them on March 8, namely International Women's Day. Unfortunately, I have to return them because they were supposed to be a gift and the person they were intended for already owns a Rockport Mary Jane flat about which I didn't know. Nonetheless, thank you very much Rockport and Amazon Prime !
