Beautiful design

But the cup arrived with the outer cup detached from the inner cup. Which it is supposed to be sealed together forming an insulated cup. So returned for refund.

Moisture trapped between insulated cups

I'm including three images with this review; one of the bent straw, one of the side of the cup so you can read what's printed on the paper inside the two layers, and one of the holes in the rim of the cup that allows moisture in. I returned this cup because moisture gets in-between the two cups and stays there. I noticed every time I washed it moisture got the floral paper (I didn't even know it would be paper. I thought it was maybe plastic) got wet but it dried without leaving the paper crinkly. It took me over a week to realize that was happening because there are small holes around the rim of the cup. Why, I don't know. This cup is very good at keeping warm beverages warm so they get credit for that. Nowhere on the bottom of the cup nor in the Amazon description does it say you can't add warm/hot liquids to it. I poured very warm tea in it and there was instant steam between the two cups, most of which wouldn't go away. The straw was bent too because it was stuffed down into the cup; that's how the company packaged it.

Not Sturdy

Cup is not sturdy, the seal in the cup is not sealed the first time I washed the cup it held water in the where it’s supposed to be insulted, poorly made, will not be buying from them again
