It’s a little difficult to thread fingering weight yarn through.
It was a little of a challenge to thread fingering weight yarn through the largest of the two bent tipped needles; even when the yarn is first made into a loop to pull it through the needle’s eye. The needle’s eye could be just slightly larger.

Nice quality
I always like the quality of Clover products and this doesn't disappoint. I also ordered the Susan Bates darning needles and I like them better due solely to the fact that the bend of the needle is higher. The Susan Bates is not as well finished and the thread hole is at a strange angle making it difficult to thread BUT. The higher the bend the longer more stitches you can pick-up with it. I use it for sewing in the yarn tails in my knitted items. So the more stitches one can pick-up the faster one can work and I HATE sewing in the tails.

Less time and less frustration
These are wonderful for weaving in the ends when crocheting. They are very fine, the needle sizes being 20, 22 and 24 (the larger the number, the smaller the needle) and are suitable for thread crochet. For yarn crochet, you will need the larger needles. They really do make a difference. I hate working in the ends, and using a bent needle makes it so much faster and less annoying than trying to use a crochet hook to do the same task. The little case is nice. The top screws on, so it is secure. It has a little tab to pull the top off after unscrewing it. It's a little thing, again, but it makes a difference.

Love them
These are fantastic needles. I bought them as a replacement for the set I already had (kiddos lost them) and they are the quality I expect from clover. I love to use the bent tip to weave in my ends of my crochet project. If I loose them, i will buy them again

Like others have said the sizes are perfect for thread ...
I really want to give this a 5 star because they are the only ones I have found in this size with the bent tip. Like others have said the sizes are perfect for thread crochet end weaving and I love the clover cases for these.....but...... I have had two of these sets now and both times the smaller of the two bent tips has snapped on me. I am not putting undue pressure on the eye, it is just a weak area of the product apparently. I have used other straight tip needles with the same size/thickness eye and I have never snapped a needle before these; and now it has happened twice. So as far as the product goes, I give the idea behind the product 5 stars, but the quality of the product gets 1. This especially disappoints me because I love clover products and have never had an issue with any of their others, just these particular line of needles. Who knows, maybe I am the most unlucky person in the world and got two defective units, but this has made me skeptical of buying a 3rd set and I will now have to try to find a similar product elsewhere.

Worth it. Best yarn needles, period.
Excellent. Smoothest needles for weaving in ends. Tried so many others that were cheeper, what a world of difference. Now these are the only ones I use (both lace size & regular size). Makes finishing fast & easy.

Great Way to Organize Sewing and Threading Needles

Love It!
As a person that likes to colour coordinate her crochet/knitting kits, I love that there are multiple colours of the Clover needle holders. I then swap the correct needle sizes to match whichever container these are going in and they fit many needles easily!
