Beautiful heirloom quality piece, very cute and versatile!

Firstly, this comes beautifully boxed and immaculately packed. The blue Lenox box is lovely and you could throw a bow on top and it would still look elegantly wrapped. This is a very nice, stylish cookie jar and of the quality you would expect from Lenox. I love the pineapple and simple white ceramic coloring of it. I decided to use it on a shelf as a decorative item but the top part of the pineapple does come off and you can put cookies, dog treats or whatever small items in it for classy storage. A friend of mine was complimenting me on it and had yet another idea…using it as a planter! I have seen planters like this before where the pineapple part is the the pot and then the foliage at the top of the plant are like the leaves. I think it’s a cute idea but I couldn’t bear the thought of putting dirt in such a nice piece! This would make an awesome housewarming or wedding gift as it’s certainly high quality and giftable but the pineapple is welcoming symbol in the home as well. This item is part of a collection from Lenox so there are accompanying pieces also. This is an adorable item for yourself or to give as a gift, highly recommend!

Nice but smaller than anticipated

In my mind cookie jars are kinda big...like one of your largest kitchen cannisters you might use for flour. This is small, about the size of a real, small to medium sized pineapple. About the size of one of those smaller cannisters you'd put ground coffee in. You're not going to fit many cookies in this unless you're making tiny ones. Other than that it's quite cute, well made and heavy.

I am actually using this as a decoration on my dining room table that needed a little something. It is perfect for this as well! While it can certainly be used as a cookie jar, it is a lot more versatile than that if you want. It would look great on a book shelf, as a unique center piece, or as a cookie jar. It is high quality (as you would expect from Lenox) and was packaged beautifully and safely- it would also make a beautiful gift (housewarming? wedding?). The size is what I would have expected and perfect, in my opinion. It is about the size of medium to larger size real life pineapple. Any bigger and I think it would take away from its elegance, any smaller I don't think would have been very useful. Beautiful, classic, versatile piece. 'Nuf said!

The media could not be loaded. This pineapple is gorgeous and very well made! It was packaged very well and arrived with no cracks or scratches. The lid is a little hard to get off, which is good, meaning the seal is perfect for anything you put inside. This would make nice decor for the kitchen, dinning room, or anywhere really.

Part of a set

Nice and simple being all white in color. This is part of a set of other kitchen items that match, there is two designs of salt and pepper shakers, a platter, a tray, a serving bowl and this cookie jay. They are dish washer safe but not used in a microwave. These would make a great gift ensemble for a wedding or a new home. All are reasonably priced. So if you want a nice simple clean look these are wonderful additions to your kitchen and table.

Love it

This little pineapple is so cute! It is well very made and I was surprised to see it has a silicone gasket on the lid. Just be careful with sliding it on anything you don’t want scratched. I’m not sure it would scratch it, but the bottom is unfinished and when I went to slide it on the counter it did catch.

Picture doesn't do justice!!! It's very beautiful , durable cookie jar. Got a lot of compliments from it. Definitely stands out in my kitchen. Holds quite a lot of cookies. Says handwash only. The cover is nice and tight with silicone lining in it.. Overall this one is definitely a great buy!
