Very pretty but oddly sized

This bag’s design is very pretty, and I love the nature theme that carries through from the material to the embroidery, but it’s such an inconvenient size. It’s too large to be a wristlet. It could work as a 90s style shoulder bag that everyone carried in their armpits, but the strap is so short when converted that it looks silly. I’m considering adding on a piece of chain to make the strap longer so I can use the bag. The strap and trim are also faux leather, which is disappointing to see from a decent, well-known brand. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume this was done for animal- and planet-friendly reasons and rather than to skimp on the cost of materials. Some of the larger bags in this line look nice, and I do wish I had gotten one of those instead.

Beautiful, functional and well made bag.

I was actually surprised at how nice this was. The layout of inner pockets, material and quality is well thought out. The stitching art is very well done and overall looks great as a little clutch/ purse.

Very cute little hand bag

This is a super cute little hand bag, I love that the material looks natural and the embroidered details on the front:) I wish that the strap could convert to go across the shoulder but it’s still super cute!

Super cute little handbag, that’s well made with nice stitching, Rfid pocket, and a great style.

The media could not be loaded. The Straw Convertible Wristlet, by Vera Bradley, is a very cute, little bag for those occasions when all you need is a few little things besides your phone. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying. I. Quality – It appears to be very well made, out of good materials. The fabric, stitching, and faux leather are all good quality and come together nicely. This isn’t top of the line quality, but I’d put it in the upper-middle level of the quality scale and guess it’ll hold up for a long time. II. Design – The appearance is very close to the pictures in person and displays well with many different outfits and occasions. The embroidery is done very nicely and looks great, adding a beautiful touch for any nature lover. Overall, this is a solid choice if you’re looking for a little handbag with a retro/nature kind of look. If you’d find it helpful to see an up-close visual inspection of this product, I recommend you watch my included video in full screen or landscape. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, well it’s a video! You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. Hopefully it was helpful in your decision.

Cute and in classic Vera fashion. 3 card slots inside. I have an iPhone 14 Max and it fits, no problem. Perfect for keys, phone, a couple of credit cards and an ID. Great for grab&go errands. Could also be used as a cosmetic bag ????????‍♀️ but it’s relatively flat, so you can’t really fit anything bulky in it. ????????

Vintage Look with a Modern Twist

Absolutely adore this little bag! I was surprised to see it's by Vera Bradley, as I associate the brand with all-over flower/pattern motif, but this purse feels like a bit of a throwback in the best way. The materials (woven straw) and graphics (gorgeous stitched monarch butterfly, dragonfly, and flowers) make it unique, and as someone who hates large purses, the size is perfect: you can fit the essentials (phone, credit cards, lipstick, sunglasses) without losing them to a bottomless "mom bag". It also includes "RFID technology" so nefarious types cannot electronically steal your credit card info. Does it work? Who knows, but it can't hurt!

New straw bag from Vera Bradley!

As a VB collector who also lives near the home of Vera Bradley, I felt I'd seen all of the new designs. But I missed this gem! This sweet wristlet is actually quite large, measuring 10.5" wide and 6" tall. The strap can be used as a circle wrist strap or as a small handbag. The info states that it could also be used as a shoulder bag, but I feel that is optimistic as the drop is only 6.5". The straw bag is the same kind of quality we expect from Vera Bradley bags. It is very tightly woven with no flaws or loose spots. The zipper works smoothly and the fixtures are solid. The embroidery is just lovely. A full color Monarch butterfly and greenery adorn the front and are perfectly done. The back sports a surprise of a cute yellow dragonfly. The interior fabric is a sweet summery beige and white check. There are three card pockets with the RFID technology on one side of the interior. Overall, this is an adorable addition to any summer wardrobe and should last for many years of fun.

Super cute

This is a Vera Bradley purse so it is extremely well made. I love that it is different than her usual quilted ones. It’s quite small so can’t carry a lot. The design is so cute and feminine. I absolutely love it for a spring summer clutch. I think it is a little expensive seeing how small it is. You will always pay for quality though and that is why I recommend it.
