Good but…

Seems like the measurements are off. I like the product but don’t feel like it exactly matches description. I’ve worn it for a week and found I wish the buckle was a little bit easier to manipulate.

Another "size wrong" review... but my foolish mistake

OK, I read all the reviews, I read how the size they list doesn't actually mean what you think it means. Still, I ordered a "REGULAR", which is listed as 41 inches. I figured, "OK, I now wear a 40 inch belt so this 41" will be OK!" And I HAD read all the other reviews!! So did it fit? NO WAY!! This 41" belt is just that... 41 inches long when laid out flat. However... For this belt to work it needs to pass thru it's buckle and then fold back onto itself for the velcro end to grab, so it needs at least 4 inches more than a normal belt. So, yes, it is a 41" belt, but no, it will NOT fit a 40" waist like a normal belt with a normal buckle. Do not be foolish like me and think that it will fit and that ALL THESE REVIEWERS who tell you IT IS TOO SHORT are wrong... they are not wrong. Now the good news... the belt is very sturdy, looks like it will provide excellent support for my daily carry items. When passing the belt thru my pants belt loops the velcro end did snag a little, but it didn't hang up any, no real problem. It was just different from a normal belt. This is the first item I've ever returned to Amazon, and I must say the process was very easy. They paid my return shipping, which is awesome. (especially since I read that this size wouldn't work and I STILL ordered it!) OK, I'm going to give this belt a 4 star rating, but only because Blackhawk doesn't list the waist size it will fit. They list the overall length of the belt... which would be OK on a normal belt, but not on a belt that must pass thru it's buckle and then fold back onto itself to be secured. Hope this helps someone to NOT make the mistake I made. This 41" belt would be good for a 36" waist... no way will it fit my 40" belly!! The large size is on it's way.

Awesome belt..

After having leather ccw belts and duty duty gear for 25 years made the change, after hours of research to nylon. After receiving it I was very happy, very sturdy thick belt, love the riggers hook and metal buckle the velcro is thick and very secured.. . I'm a 42-44 waist, mostly EDC an IWB kydex holster for glocks and hk. I ordered the large belt, fits 41-51 waist. Have plenty of room to shrink hopefully or expand if needed.. the belt is stiff, so give it a few days of wearing to conform to your waist,body,holster.. added bonus cell phone holder actually fit over it, and if u EDC in front securing the holster in between the velcro closure is awesome. Doesn't move at all.. Highly recommended..

CCW belt that actually holds up and doesn't cost an arm and leg!

Great CCW belt. This is very rigid and there is no way it would break under stress. There seems to be a rigid piece of plastic in it. It really holds its shape and doesn't bend or fold much at all. Not really travel friendly unless you wear it all the time since you can't roll it up small and the buckles are such large pieces of metal, and it is not quick or easy to take off and put on. The trade off is once it is on, it isn't coming off unless you want it to.

Great belt. Waist size and belt length are very accurate. Fits standard size belt loops fine on all my pants and shorts. Velcro is very strong and has no problem supporting a full sized 1911, plus all my mags and flashlight. Only thing was the Velcro holding the ring rubbed my belly a little bit while sitting without a shirt tucked in. I just ware the belt opposite now and it's all good. Recommended to anyone who wants tough simple belt to ware on the job or at the range.

It is a good belt!

In all the other reviews, the main complaint was about the sizes. Well, I took a chance. I have a size 38-40 waist and ordered a size Large. Still have about 6 to 8 inces left over, which will work fine if I had all kinds stuff to add on the belt. The only thing will be added is my holster and two magizines pouches. The belt is very stiff which is the only reason I bought this product. I will buy another one, but going for a smaller size for regular every day use.

It is great! Most of the people buy the 1.75" version. But that one is too big for the regular pants or jeans, this one is better. Great for camping and hiking. The only problem is to find the right size if you are in the boundary of two sizes, I meant I am too big for the small size and too small for the medium.

It's still just like it was when I first ordered it

After nearly 4 years of almost daily use I can confidently say this belt has been worth every penny. It's still just like it was when I first ordered it. Holds any gun well and even fits my work uniform so its found many uses in my life even outside of CCW. Love this belt and the only reason I'll ever need a new one is because I'm losing too much weight for this size. I feel as if this belt is never going to give out on its own.
