Great Umbrella Holder as long as there is no wind
This is a heavy based umbrella holder and I bought it because I wanted something sturdy that would not be knocked over by the wind. Unfortunately, it has been knocked over each time by the wind with the umbrella closed and tied shut. I feel it is strong enough when there is no wind though.

An honest review - the VOC
Pros: very good manufacture and high quality materials. I had the previous version (no wheels). Having the wheels is a great feature because of the weight, that is also one of the main reasons I want this base, to support a tall and big umbrella ☂️ vs the ???? days . Highly recommended. Cons: zero

Excellent except.....
First, let me say the excellent qualities of this product. 80lbs Don't have to fill with water or sand Has built in handles though I think I will stick to the hand truck. Fit and finish is EXCELLENT no burrs, no cracks, no chips. Unbelievably easy to assemble. The center screw in post is a breeze and locking an umbrella is a cinch. Installing the screw in wheels ...EASY and the bolt and thread are very well machined (this means you can easily screw it in and out without binding or locking threads) BUT NO coating on the bolt and threads an nuts AND these little wheels are almost comical. these are not a problem if you live in California, Arizona, or Florida - but here in Chicago these threads would be eaten alive within 1yr. The solution is coating them with any branded product from home depot or the same grease we use for garage doors. I do not think rust is an issue but corrosion and crud will be. And the wheels. Again PERFECT for a California Arizona or Florida cement pond. But if you have slate, unilock with texture, uneven bricks or a wood deck.... these little wheels won't do. They are so small they can not go over gaps or bumps and they might as well be razor sharp pizza cutters for your wood deck with a 80lb weight marring your wood. These wheels look like the ones that are installed in the under side of refrigerators. Okay for a cement slab. thankfully my better half insisted I tested this thing on the extra lumber from the deck build and sure enough moving this thing around 1"and 3/4 thick pressure treated boards looked like someone took a 70's spiralizer to the wood face. If you use this on your wood deck or have a slate patio or gapped garden patio go to big box store and get at least wider and softer material wheels (or at least not any with had plastic edges) or get larger wider softer wheels which I did. *These little hard plastic sharp edged and 80lb weighted wheels will chew lumber and will grind slate into oblivion*

Heavy
I watched this being delivered and then watched my husband (on the Ring camera) try to pick up the box. Funniest thing I have seen in a long time. He is still complaining about how this about threw his back out. #heavy

Mobile umbrella base
Highly recommended. Sturdy easy to assemble live this item. Won’t scratch outdoor surface. I would buy another one in a second

concrete over rocks breaks easily
It is heavy but not sturdy - it is molded cement over rocks and breaks easily - not solid - it is described as a "Steel Square Umbrella Base" the parts that are steel is the handles, the sockets for the wheels, and the tube that holds the umbrella - not worth the money. NO MENTION OF CONCRETE in description -

Another broken base
This is the replacement base I received for returning the original broken one. Hummmm... this one is broken too. This is disappointing.
