It is a perfect pan

This pan can be used for so many things because the size is unique. I started out using it for a complete roasted meal with meat and veggies and it did such a great job at that because the clean-up was just a wipe with a wash cloth and soapy water and the food turned out perfectly. Then frozen fish, frozen french fries, and on and on. I love the size! Great during the lock in life style. By the way, I just received my 2nd and 3rd ones because one is not enough. Now for new adventures at age 86.

Fits perfectly and reduces foil use

I needed a pan that fit my small oven, and that was sufficiently easy to clean that I would not resort to lining it with foil for every use. It's only been a couple of months, but so far this product really fits the bill. Roasted vegetables come out great and clean up is easy.

Excellent quality

Chicago Metallic makes quality products. I know this from having worked at Williams-Sonoma. This is perfect when cooking for just two. For example, I like to make potato skins occasionally. (I could eat them every night though, right? YUM) This pan is perfect size, easy wipe clean with just warm soapy water and rinse (of course I use parchment paper). Extra durable metal holds up to high temps like 400 required for the potatoes. Care for these pans right (don't use metal utensils) and they'll last longer than you! :P

GREAT, but does stain with hot grease.

Hefty weight, easy to wipe clean- (even if I do have to hand wash, so what? I usually hand wash all my pots & pans anyway). I really love the fact it doesn't warp!!

I love this cooking pan! Perfect for roasting vegetables, baking cookies, making sheet cakes, etc. The reason for four stars is that Chicago Metallic thought it would be a good idea to imprint their name on the sheet - it is NOT! These are hand wash only! Getting the imprint cleaned without scrubbing can be a real bother. Let me reiterate- HAND WASH ONLY! My sweet husband, despite my telling him it is only to be washed by hand, decided it would be easier to run through the dishwasher. Well, yes, definitely easier, but that ruins the finish. We now have a typical aluminum pan (washed in the dishwasher with harsher chemicals) that leaves your fingers coated in a dark gray sparkly powder. I am ordering two more - just in case he forgets again. :)

Thick, heavy pan.....

Measuring lip to lip it goes 9.5x13 with the actual cooking area reduced by about one half inch to include only the flat surface. I use this in my full size convection oven in order to give the space room to breathe. It is very thick and heavy for such a small pan so when they say it is commercial grade they're not kidding. It is also claimed that the pan conducts heat well and I have no reason to dispute it. There is no non stick coating on this thing. Other reviewers claim that there is so either it has been changed or they are using some definition I am not aware of. It seems like an ordinary pan. Anyway perfect for a single person. I cooked a russet potato and sole almondine from Omaha Steaks on the same pan and the results were great. I have your garden variety small black and decker toaster oven and it will not fit. Just in case others are wondering. Anyway this looks very durable and if you don't need a lot of cooking surface, highly recommended.

Hold Up Well to Almost Daily Use

I purchased these to use with myHamilton Beach Countertop Oven . I wanted to be able to continue baking and cooking when it was hot or when I didn't want to use the large oven. At 13" x 9 1/2" x 1 1/8", they are a perfect size to bake and cook in the toaster oven. For baking, I use with parchment paper, so clean-up is quick and easy. I've found that I get even baking with these baking sheets. For cooking, I don't line them. Unless I'm cooking with something really sticky, the pans are easy to clean up. If I cook something sticky (think honey chicken or bbq), a little soak and a good scrub cleans them up nicely. I wash them both by hand and in the dish washer with no issues. I used these almost daily for a little over a month, and other than having a more dull finish, they look great.

Heavy Duty, good quality baking sheet

I have a very small oven so needed a small sheet. I am sick of buying cheap tin pans that warp and generally suck. This pan is heavy duty, full-on commercial grade and works wonderfully.

Excellent, high quality sheet pan

Fabulous heavy duty construction! Love this sheet pan. Finally, a heavy duty sheet pan... that fits perfectly, into my smaller oven... and will never buckle, rust out etc. No harmful coatings either. Nice that it has the outer rim.. so that I can use it for jelly rolls or just for baking cookies etc. This sheet pan will last forever... it is that well made. Commercial grade ... and just a wonderful purchase, with the free & speedy amazon shipping .

The best pan ever. I love the weight, feel, and size. Small enough for a lot of meals where I don't need a half bakers sheet. Wish I could get this product in a half bakers sheet size too!!!
