Very good hat
Gonna wear it on bad hair days even long after I quit, probably gonna remove the small fork label on the back since I have several. Oddly enough, both hats I own fit slightly different despite being almost identical, one has a longer strap and fits lower and slightly looser, while this one fits higher and firmer and with a shorter strap. I probably just didn't realize it was two different sizes, I'm not sure

Cool, perfect fitting hat for outdoors.
I bought this hat for use while grilling at farmer's markets, where I am outside for five hours at a time. The first thing I noticed when I put it on, was the great fit and feel. The material is soft and super breathable. Being in the heat for hours, my head stayed much cooler than using a regular ball cap and did not create any odd pressure points on my forehead. Ball caps typically look a little odd on me (in my opinion at least), but this one actually looked great and natural. Easily adjustable strap works great as well. To top it off, the price was great (below $15 at the time). I highly recommend especially for people working food trucks, etc.

Best casual kitchen hat I've ever owned. Worth getting for outdoors too
This is maybe the 2nd or 3rd review I've written, and I like it so much I felt compelled to... I've worked in every type of restaurant, from giant resort kitchens with tons of air flow to small kitchens with broken hoods. I've worked places were after a day or so you will get a visible salt line on your hat from the sweat, but this hat fixed that. The mesh is open enough to let you cool off, but closed enough to keep hair and sweat from leaving. Even when I shaved my head for the summer, the inner band kept the sweat from dripping off my head. I'm not joking that I like this hat so much, I got a few for when I go hiking and fishing. Looks good, feels good, fits good, and I wear one almost every day now.

Best hat for cooks.
Bought this hat for my line cook job and it's definitely lived up to my expectations. It's breathable and definitely helps when working on the line or in hot kitchens. Less sweaty and keeps my hair back throughout my shift. The best part is the back is adjustable and I can fit my ponytail through it. I normally don't like wearing hats either but this one really caught my liking! It does appear a bit small though.

I like the style and color of the baseball cap. They fit perfectly and feels comfortable. I use it for work and matches with my work uniform.

Great for the gym
Great for the gym. It's polyester so sweat doesn't affect its integrity. Should last longer than the cotton one.
